I love the hutch by the front door. I never use it because it takes up so much room but never thought to make it built-in to the wall like that. Loving the variation in your channel lately; it's nice to see limitless free building mixed with certain restriction builds.

I think this might be one of the best builds you've done imo! I love more color, and the couch chair combo was great! Almost like thrifting......then you find the perfect peice that ties the whole room together...

Been loving the variety this week! I don’t mind a blue suburban (because who’s looking at the outside really?), as long as it’s not always a base game starter home blue suburban.
i love colorful things but every single time i start decorating i end up using white/beige things, colors are so out of my comfort zone and i dont know how to idk make them fit, but u make it look so easy im obsessed 😫💘
As for the TV situation, I would have put a wall beside the door and made it look like a room divider with windows then put the tv on a console table in front of it. that way you can put the couch in front of the window and put side tables on either side--possibly from Get Famous--the midcentury modern ones.

imagine if city living got reuploaded with a landlord / estate agent expansion, having to do up the houses (more expensive the higher rent) - needing charisma and handy skills for broken / breaking items. it could be so fun !!
I really like when builds don’t match 100%. It’s more like irl when we’re buying one book case from ikea and then two months later we buy a desk on sale at target not because it matches but because it was a really good price.
I think this is my favorite build you've done in a while! I use a lot of your builds in my game (especially the university lots!) and this one is definitely going into my legacy save for my heir's brother to move into, it's like perfect for him :) such an adorable apartment!

Omg I’ve noticed the glitch with the wallpaper and clutter items too! I find any clutter that i alt place onto cabinets or tables will get deleted when i paint the walls!

Hi Kayla, beautiful build and i love the all colorful kitchen and living room. I have laundry day but I couldn’t fine that beautiful chair that u put in the living room.
I can only play on low lighting effect quality, so I’m not sure how it’d effect higher graphics… but, you can create fake windows. If you use a painting or a mirror with a wall light and a closed or mostly closed curtain it gives the impression that something is there. Obvs, they’re just illusion windows, but it makes the space feel more lively.

I think that the reason the toddlers have a canopy bed is because you can close the curtains when they sleep to block out light!
