Lorna Shore’s Pain Remains trilogy would be an absolute amazing piece of art for you to cover. Especially with the awareness you bring to your channel. Without giving to much away these 3 songs and videos cover all the stages of grief. Lorna Shore successfully bringing all of those emotions to life. Anger, sadness, frustration, guilt etc. I never imagined a death core band bringing me to tears. If you can imagine this band pulling that off. Simply amazing.

I mean… that’s what you see, but like Chester B., you never really know what’s going on underneath a person. People don’t always show what they’re going through emotionally (they aren’t always vulnerable enough).
While I personally may agree with your assessment, we can’t assume we know or have a “read” on someone.

More Lorna Shore Ms.Amanda! Maybe at first it isn't your preferred genre but the lyrics describes pain and reality of life , they're latest album "Pain Remains" is amazing , the Trilogy they made for the album ( Pain Remains 1,2,3 ) is about the loss of someone you really loved and the stages of grief , and the harsh vocals compliment the pain in the lyrics, to be honest , this is the type of music that a lot of ppl find comfort in including myself and it truly is art on music , it isnt easy to make harsh vocals and Will Ramos has mastered it.

I'll hold onto feeling until my final breath escapes
Gazing upon this world until it fades
Fall with me into the other night
We can go beyond the horizon again
Fall with me until we're out of time
    Let the current swallow
    These whispers keep clawing
    Your mind is dissolving light
Sink while you bathe in hallucination
Accept this descent into the night, releasing your grasp to
Induce separation, plunged into the shadows
Lost in sensation, we're free-falling down into the ever black
Can you feel it? These pins and needles
Trapped in sensation, see what you have found here
    You fell into the dark
    Fell into the dark
Release your grip and face the tide, accepting this damnation
Relinquish flesh temptation of the body and soul
The ebb and the flow, nothing confessed
    Put me to rest
Azrael, guiding me beyond the veil
Obitual, free me from this mortal shell
Enter into the darkest night, I will sink where I lie
Through the sands of time, through the angel's eye
    My final breath
Swallowed by the womb of death
Swallowed by the womb of death
    Whispers are clawing
    Your mind is dissolving light
Enter the void and fall with me, with me, with me
And fall with me, with me
    Enter the void, fall
Release your grip and face the tide accepting this damnation
Relinquish flesh temptation of the body and soul
The ebb and the flow, nothing confessed
    Put me to rest
Azrael, guiding me beyond the veil
Obitual, free me from this mortal shell

Swallowed by the womb of death
Swallowed by the womb of death
Sink while you bathe in hallucination

The genre for this band is deathcore, and this band is intense even by metalhead standards. The lead vocalist Will Ramos has one take vocals of their tracks showing he can do all of it live. it's really cool to see how you interpret this type of music that is also an artistic expression, I've always taken core metal and extreme metal in my life as something that is often cathartic, in addition to expressing a lot of times the aggressiveness of indignation than the band want to pass too. Many times when I had depressive crises these types of vocals also brought me a little peace because my head was literally wanting to scream like the vocalist does simply to relieve some of the pain.
In the last month I lost my best friend to depression and the girl that I really like and we've been together for a while is going to move to another country for work, this has brought me a lot of pain and this type of music literally relieves me in an indescribable way. .. The catharsis and the way to relieve pain due to the aggressiveness and intensity that this type of music brings is wonderful..

He effectively breaks the minds of the vocal analysts and one of their later comments is that the video not only fundamentally alters their understanding of the amount of control that people have over their vocal tracts, and how the vocal tract even moves but will lead to years analysis.

The Pain Remains Album offers A LOT of material to cover and discuss on mental health and issues. It is first and foremost a concept album about a person that falls into some sort of eternal sleep/lucid dreaming and starts forming his own world in it. Basically becoming God... But witnesses a downfall in the end since as the god/person realizes that he can't avoid loss and grief. The lyrics deliver the story and theme of the album so well, I don't want to spoil it too much.
It's a journey that pays off! Even if this genre (blackened/symphonic deathcore) is not your usual genre.
Soulless Existence and Wrath are the two songs you SHOULD DEFINITELY check out, next to the Pain Remains trilogy. The amount of emotion and deliverance within these is just peak music writing.
Again, the whole album is spectacular and so pleasant(?) too enjoy because of its layers and messages within. Listen to it with the lyrics along!
Ultimately check out "... And I Return To Nothingness" probably the biggest "outlive your demons and enemies" song I have ever heard :)

To the hellfire is an amazing song but beside the shock value of being super fuckin' brutal, lyrically there's not much more to analyze than a guy embracing death...for a channel about mental health pain remains part I, II and III is way more appropriate reaction. Yep, there's 3 videos of what is basically a 20 minutes song splitted in 3 different ones. Oh yeah and it helps the fact that is also the best piece of art written in the last decade at least.

As others have said, definitely do the Pain Remains trilogy. Basically it's what happens when you try your hardest to get on the other side of immense suffering and loneliness but just can't quite get there.
I don't believe it's promoting it, rather acknowledging that some people aren't strong enough alone and support is very important and necessary.

I saw them live at Summer Breeze festival in Germany and in my eyes the best performance i saw!! It sucked that Lorna shore played only 30min :( And now they have a Belgian metal band ( i live in Belgium) they tour with and thats aborted! Why cant they do it in my country...

You need to do their pain remains trilogy and use lyrics. I do warn you they are extraordinarily powerful visual and lyrical songs. They are very strong gut punch songs.

Lorna Shore is a Deathcore ( Fusion of Death Metal and Hardcore) band. Thrash is more along the lines of Metallica, Slayer, Kreator, Tankard. and stuff like Gama Bomb, Toxic Holocaust, Municipal Waste or Vektor for more modern representation

If you feel like continuing with heavier music, I listen to more of the metalcore scene. A band called Any Given Day has a song called "Home Is Where The Heart Is," which seems to have some mental health concepts involved (for example, feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders). I'd also recommend "Rose of Sharyn" and "Strength of the Mind" from Killswitch Engage.

Any Given Day also did a cover of "Diamonds" from Rihanna.
