    Artistry in motion, love how you’re showing the symmetry of the sport, makes it sound easy but of course consistent execution is another story altogether. Good practice builds that muscle memory reflex for supreme performance. Keep up the good work, love you guys!

    This video really helped me, ngl. Especially the information at 3:43 - 4:10 , 4:59 - 5:36, 5:56, 10:03 - 10:55, and in general, the entire video but those were key for me. Helped me to start feeling the stretch in my shoulder and I'm throwing much more consistently with lesser effort, amazing, thanks !

    what length should my grass javelin spikes be??

    • @wolfandashtin
      @wolfandashtin  3 года назад

      The javelin spikes should be 1/2 inch spikes and those are great for grass as well.

    • @Gorski213
      @Gorski213 2 года назад

      For throwing on grass, you need longer than 1/2in.....most athletes use 1" spikes made especially for use on grass. Seldom do HS runways get cut short where 1/2" spikes will hold. M-F and Stackhouse both carry 1" spikes

    How much does a cheap throwing javelin go for? I practice at school but I want my own javelin so I can practice off season.

    • @humphreyhj
      @humphreyhj 3 года назад +1

      Javelins cost several hundred dollars

      You can get a good quality javelin, with IAAF/WA certification, for around $200 (or less) from 4Throws.com

    If you're a beginner, you can also buy a J-heel spike strap instead of javelin shoes.

    Fun vlog but not a very thorough tutorial. Bit of a misleading title. Lots of product showcase too.
