He was a superb actor, I love him in The Caine Mutiny but my personal favourite was Moulin Rouge 1952 with the brilliantly versatile director John Huston which I seen on an old VHS tape but now have on a Eureka blu ray!
Thank You, 1-derful video, being Puertorriqueño 🇵🇷 I devour everything about our actors, wrote a comment about a year ago in your Raúl Juliá video. On the subject of Ferrer, I have seen about half of the 10 performances you picked and love those roles, but would like to know your opinion on one of my favorites: his Professor Siletski opposite Mel Brooks in To Be Or Not To Be (1983). Also, could you make a video on another of our Boricuas, Juano Hernández (1896-1970) ??? Thanks, God bless you !!!
Oh My Goodness, YES! I LOVE Juano Hernandez, utterly brilliant! I also love José in "To Be or Not to Be," it does our hearts good to see him in a Mel Brooks vehicle, even though Brooks didn't direct it, obviously. Thank you as always for your amazing support, God Bless YOU! :)
@@theclassicfilmloversguide1871 Gracias !!! A curious fact: both, Juano and Raúl are buried in the same cemetery, about 8 minutes from where I live. I'll look forward to that video on Juano. In the meantime I'll watch some of your other works, like the way you analyze and comment on them, amusing and informative. Bendiciones desde San Juan 🇵🇷 !!!
