1 suggestion Look like you have a ZSK machine and the Hat station also have the plastic piece on to make sure its on the center. even if you just have 1 head it is good to get used to that
Yes, I do use the centering piece that comes down but I didn't want to feature that aspect since I have never seen that on any other machine's cap station (although I think it's an awesome feature). Thanks for the feedback!
I could never slip the sweat band under the tab. I feel that is where my problem starts. Is there a way to raise it? Could you do a video on how to properly hoop the hat for embroidery on the sides?
Sometimes the cap hoop tab can be bent down. You can attempt to bend up the tab with a flat head screwdriver or adjust the screws for the tab. While the machine I use allows you to stitch 270 degrees I do use a special clamp for the sides of caps and will do a video on that process for sure!

Can you do more videos on hats tips and tricks that would be appreciated 👌🤞🏽
I sure will and I will be doing my own online course for hats in the future too.
