You got it Icey!!
I was one of those who took advantage of this deal so whenever you get a chance do it.
Thank you.
Thanks so much for mentioning that the hat doesn’t have to pushed all the way back on the hoop. I’ve been struggling with my hats for sometime not knowing that.
The best explanation, thank you so much!
I appreciate your videos bro. I just brought the TC -1501 and trying to attach hats was kicking my tail until I watch this video. 💪🏾
How do you like it for hats? I’m between the mt and tc
This video was so well put together, the filming, the angles, the explanation itself. A gem. Big up!!😎

Have you embroidered on kids extra small caps? Can you do a video on that? Hooping them and getting the design as low to brim as possible. Thanks for all of your help. I have the MT 1501.

That's awesome my arrive Tuesday!!
Congrats 🎉
How are you setting up your tensions for caps? Was doing good but now cant get it dialed back in to a good stitch. Is there a special way to do it knowing you will be working in caps?
I just love the way you explain everything!! Ty!! Now let me ask u this: in case you want to embroider on the front SIDE(but still the front), how do you trace/place that? Many thanks 😊
aww man, just started as an embroiderer for an established company, they have me doing solely hats. really wosh I would have found this video while I was researchingn for my interview. it would have made these last few weeks a breeze.
I saw you do some digitizing I am looking for one
Mine is being delivered on 12/02 and I have Cholo on the side waiting to aid me if needed.
Nice
Hello, maybe I am missing it somewhere, but can I get your digitizer Info. I need someone who knows cap digitizing especial. ty
@bro_got_it Ig hit him for digitizing
Great teaching learning so much do you digitize for hats or do you know of a good digitizer for hats
I keep getting needle breaks and registration issues
Do you have any videos on embroidering the side of a Richardson 112 with mesh sides?
Hi Joe, I was trying to find a link to your digitizer, but I don’t see him down there. Can you post that thank you.
Haz un video de principiante en español, tengo la Ricoma 1501 y no se como usarla, también recomienda un programa mejor que Chroma que este económico. Muchas gracias
You mentioned your digitizer, but I didn't find his name /number below.
what do you have the cap frame size (x size and y size) for the embroidery frame setting?
I have the em 1010 but I’m having trouble embroidering the 815 caps.
What’s the website of your guy digitizing
Very great video and explained simply for a new comer. Who was the digitizer you suggested? You still working with that company now being a year after this video? Can you share again? Thanks you sir.
Im now doing my own digitizing. If you need something, let me know. Starting at $10.00
@@HeartHustlePrinting Good deal. Yes, would like to send you something small and see what you can do with it. How should I reach out?
I couldn’t find who you referenced to that does your digitizing. Can you give the link?
@9:45 LMFAO I spent hrs and hrs trying to figure out why when selecting another needle it would default back to needle number 1. It drove me insane. Somehow I figured out it was only Tracing off needle number one but actually stitching on the needle I selected. It makes sense when you think about it. Needle number 1 is at the end of the head therefore you have more clarity looking at it while it traces the design from needle one vs say, needle 5 being that the rest of the head would obstruct your view if that make sense.
Wuts up bro..all the way from oak cliff texas..been watching u for 2 yrs now..congrats on all ur success..just got a em1010..any advice on tension..no matter where I put tension on some of my needles I get thread breaks..some needles good..#1 is from deep down in hell..breaks needles and thread
On one did you bend the presser foot?
Hi What needle size do you use
Is there ever a time that you do not use backing on a structured hat bc it’s stiff?
I don’t use backing on structured hats at all
Thank you so much. This might be my problem. I will try not using the backing then.
How do you stop the bounce when embroidering structure hats?
hoop them tighter
I'm looking for the guy you use for digitizing?
We do it in house. Is orders to orders@heartandhustleprinting.com. Subject Digitizing
What needles do you recommend for structed hats? I ise the regular 80/12 and seem to have issues with the center seam
WHATS YOUR DIGITIZER'S LINK
how to make one like the one you're wearing rn
Hi, do you have any referrals for digitizers?
Hey Joe, very helpful video, but I couldn't see any links to buying the machine. Please can you send it to me? Thank you!
Here you go. Thanks for watching.
info.ricoma.com/referral-emb?referralCode=heart-and-hustle-printing
how much was the machine
Hi Joe thanks for all the great tutorials and tips. Currently tackling mastery of hats. I like the one I. This video- can you share the link to purchase? Please and thank you
Why does my structured hat sound hollow when close to the middle?
You have to much distance between hat and presser plate.
@@HeartHustlePrinting how would I fix that I have it hooped as tight as possible 😭
Hard and hustle printing sup fam! How are you bro!
What up Big Boi. All good here. Happy Thanksgiving
Brother thank you for this video I feel like this video was made for me lol 😂
Joey let me tell you something you did a way better video than Ricoma I learned from your video...
Thank you,
A Tee Print
Hey bro what needle 🪡 use for hat 🧢 80/12 or 75/11 is for flat and 3d puff thanks
All depends on the hat. in this video I used a 65/9
@@HeartHustlePrinting thanks so much appreciate ! What hat is this I liked the finish in this hat 🧢
I said what it was in the video. I dont remember off the top of my head.
Need help , my image isn't centered
Look at the digitizing and look for the X. The X makrs the center.
If you still need help send me the DsT file and ill look at it for you. Info@heartandhustleprinting.com
Who does your digitizing?
We have started doing it ourselves. Let us know if you need it.
@@HeartHustlePrinting do you quote first? What’s your website?
Yes i do. WWW.HEARTANDHUSTLEPRINTING.COM
Hi there. I really enjoy watching your videos. Is there a trick to getting the design lower on the hat or making the stich field larger? Thanks
YES, you have to go into your settings and change your parameters. I have a video coming out soon.
@@HeartHustlePrinting thank you I can’t wait does the video. I have the TC 1501
No video
Working on our end.
I did not see you talk about lining up center up center seam of hat to center line on cap hoop when hooping. Also I have a lot more flagging on my hats which causes me heart ache. I saw a video on Avance’ machines that the driver can be lowered to fix the flagging.I have the Ricoma 1501TC so wondered if you have ever adjusted the driver on your Ricoma? Any advice in this area will be appreciated.
I have an issue, where my hat has to much play when stitching. The material bounces up and down while it's stitching. I can't figure out for the life of me why it does that. Due to it moving so much the stitching is never as good as it should be.
You can lower the cap driver a little so it wont bounce as much.
Thanks for explaining all the details of hooping the hat
What size needle? I keep getting thread breaks n the need doesn't sew good on the seam?
What machine are you using?
I know this video's a year old but you said you would list your digitizer name could I get the name of your digitizer
my machine is set to like 450 SPM i saw yours is at like 700+? , the design is not in high detail would you reccomend speeding it up? im also running into my design ending up crooked every time i think it is the way i am hooping maybe ? im using the yupoong snapbacks , any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated
Yes speed it uo if its not alot of detail. If its crooked it has to be the hooping
@@HeartHustlePrinting right on thank you
Hey Joe: I looked through the description several times to find the link to your digitizer. Is it not there or am I just missing it?
Sorry here he is..
