My mom, who is a seamstress for men's clothing, says, its the same with all the clothing. It all comes and goes, and comes back. So keep your granny's clothes because you will be posh again wearing them at some point of fashion timeline! 😁 The Bible has a similar proverb: there is nothing new under the sun. 🤷♀️

Man, I hate it. Kittl was my favorite AI platform to design with, but with the upcoming credit change, there's not enough value to justify a subscription. Reducing our credits by 75"% while maintaining the same price is nuts

We do believe that our bundle of credit provision is a great way to provide our users with more credits to use, which will not expire until late next year. There is also explanation within the email on how the decision was made. Our hopes are to continue finding new ways to improve the AI systems in the future to allow even more generation for everyone. This is a deal breaker for me, as well as many of the other designers I have spoken with. The fact of the matter is that you are reducing what I primarily use your service for by 75% and still charging me the same price.

I’m surprised these are considered 2025 trends since they seem like trends I’ve seen a lot the past couple of years. These trend have a very corporatized folk summer look. Like 2025 is the year of Burning Man.

The surrealism trend also reminds me of the visual component of Dadaism. They share that irrationally and absurdism vibe with the use of mix/match collaging. Of course, the current trend is the digital version of it. I think the doodle trend is the manifestation of the "Ignorant" tattoo style that became popular in the US during lockdown and immediately after. It has reached into graphic arts
Interesting insights! Yes, we like to call the doodle trend "naive illustration" because you can still make out what the doodles are, but there are very basic in structure.

Great question! Oftentimes, videos like this one can help you formulate search terms that you can go and try on sites like Pinterest. We like Pinterest as a search tool for finding different design styles. Some of it is trial and error though, and you have to try combinations of words to find the style you like.

What's cool about graphic design, there aren't any rules when aesthetics are concerned. Once the design is functional for the desired purpose, do whatever you want. Following trends is useless.

Currently on a pro package you get 10,950 credits a year the expert package gets 29,200 credits a year. The new package for pro is 2400 credits a year and expert 7200 credits a year and you are acting like it is a good thing. If it has changed again then I have not seen any info that is different, losing either 8,550 or 22,000 credits a year is not a win however hard you try to sell it. Throwing in 600 extra credits? I lost 8,550 credits and I am meant to jump with joy at your generosity of giving me 600 credits, don't think so. Once my subscription runs out I will be jumping ship.

We're not entirely sure what you are talking about, as we go through 10 specific design trends and rarely reference Kittl, although you can certainly use Kittl to design them. But the point of this video was simply to point out the trends we think will be big. Cheers.
I would say these are, simply and broadly, design styles and not necessarily trending - certainly, not all of these will last much longer as they’re actually nearing the end of their trend.

What's cool about graphic design, there aren't any rules when aesthetics are concerned. Once the design is functional for the desired purpose, do whatever you want. Following trends is useless.
Knowing what is upcoming and popular to customers in terms of a design style can be a very helpful thing. :)

one-time package of additional credits for all our subscribers." Currently on a pro package you get 10,950 credits a year the expert package gets 29,200 credits a year. The new package for pro is 2400 credits a year and expert 7200 credits a year and you are acting like it is a good thing. If it has changed again then I have not seen any info that is different, losing either 8,550 or 22,000 credits a year is not a win however hard you try to sell it.
Throwing in 600 extra credits? I lost 8,550 credits and I am meant to jump with joy at your generosity of giving me 600 credits, don't think so. Once my subscription runs out I will be jumping ship.

These trends were all overdone in 2024 and I doubt they'll be trendy in 2025. This stuff is so boring now, its time to move on.

Sometimes yes, but it is really nice to see how styles are used in new and interesting ways they weren't used on before.
I would say these are, simply and broadly, design styles and not necessarily trending - certainly, not all of these will last much longer as they’re actually nearing the end of their trend.
Design trends come and go as stated at the beginning of the video, in so much as the style themselves. It depends on the use case. 😉

Hey there! Trends certainly come and go, which is why we mentioned that in the beginning of the video. But these have been compiled over what we have seen coming up in the last year, with multiple brands and creators starting to utilize these trends. For example, Ink Trap font usage is extremely new.
