So, I have a new Pacifica. Is there also an actual outlet? On my previous CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY, I had USB Ports as well as an outlet to 'plug' something in. I don't see the outlet..
Just bought a 2020 and diving into it all - already discovered I need to get a new auxillary battery because of the start stop nonsense. Not knowing much about cars - if something is not working, you would then buy a new fuse and replace it in this box? Where would you buy them and car off when replacing? Thanks!
When I bought my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica the front cigar lighter near the driver side seat and the USB port next to it both did not work. I finally was about to take it back to the dealer to figure out why they’re not working because I can’t plug anything 12 V into the front of the car only the back rear 12 V outlet works. I decided to see if I can fix it myself first so I watch this video and I am in the process of ordering the fuses from Amazon and I will update this comment after I replace the fuses to see if this correct the problem. I can’t wait.

Thanks for this! Yah got a 2020 pacifica both usb ports in front are not working, no power and carplay system doesnt recognize anything via usb. Is Dodge/chrysler looking into this at all? Whats their stance on it?
I have a 2017 Pacifica. Both low beam headlights went out one day from each other. First the passenger side and then the driver side. Do you know which fuse covers the headlights if there is one?

All fuses are good, both the upper and lower USB in the colume will charge still

Where is the actual power inverter in my Limited? I don’t have an AC outlet anywhere, but I have fuse 45 installed in my fuse box. Very confused.

Same issue with my Pacifica! The USB does work for me though, going to replace the 85 fuse for 12v outlet.

This helped! Just replace the yellow 20 Amp Fuse 85 and then I was good to go !
