Trying to load the app but it takes me to a page ‘select avatar’. I cannot move on from that page whether I select one or not. Very frustrating. Have tried deleting and starting again to no avail

this app is crap it doesn't work, I paused some devices and now the app wont find the my hub, so I can't un pause the devices, all virgin media says is that they are working on it, its all lies

Doesn't work. One of the worst apps out there. Don't use it.
