@ a good 9months. You need time to analyse what went wrong and to heal. I was living in Asia and was married 7years when I found out that my wife had cheated. Divorce took less than a month and as a result I relocated back to my home country so it was a lot of change in a very short time. At the beginning I was ready to forgive and go back with my ex ( big mistake to do) but the more time passed the more I realised what was wrong and no matter what I would have done it wouldn’t have changed the outcome. I also realised what I brought to the table and what was my worth. Take time to heal and be kind to yourself. There’s someone out there who will appreciate you for who you are.

She’s got avoidant or bpd problems or just cuz she’s immature n selfish. Just sucks I gave in when I knew I shoudve had last time she begged for me back.
My ex definitely don’t regret leaving me he used our relationship for pass time to find someone else now his set it’s that girl he cheated me with he said his happy his found the right person to have a life with when he was with me he didn’t communicate message or spend time with me his doing everything with that slag

Not the one you have right now, the one you traded in? No. This is how your ex feels. Leave them alone. They don’t want us. They want who they are with an glad we are gone because they are so much better. When it ends with them it’s because your ex found someone better. The only reason a dog returns to its vomit (us) is when it has no more food to eat. It’s over. Grieve and heal. Give it a year if you loved your ex, in love. If it was marriage, give it 3 years. tell me the truth guys been really hot at the moment was in a relationship with my girlfriend for nine years for 3 1/2 year-old boy we’ve not been getting on for couple of years. Think I was taking drugs to deal with stuff been together for a long time, been for a lot with her, one night I was very high with friends at home. She came back kicked out of the house looked for a fight did some crazy stuff to me stole my phone punch me in the balls kicked me then went to bed then come back taking videos of me tried to drag me round the house then woke up my son and said that she was leaving and then I left with my son I come back the next day she called the police on me got me arrested took my house. My Lawyer took my stuff my money. I was lucky to be able to see my son cousin this country. They believe everything the woman says, with no proof evidence within two weeks I found out there’s a guy in my house. She had a restraining order against me. I knew this guy I rang him. He said that he only asked her out. My house was rented three months later she moved out of my house. I moved back in, to find out then from other people that she’s moved in with this guy with my kid I’m paying for the house living in a two bedroom place and two other guys live there. I can’t understand it loads of lies and letters left around the house, love letters hate letters, engagement rings her talking to me for other people telling me where she is if I wanted to meet which you could get me arrested she promised to take the restraining order after I signed all the paperwork and then didn’t never been such a hard time in my life, it’s been going on for months nowI never get screwed over like this. Can’t believe she was lying about being with somebody else.

I think you are in the half to final stages of healing where other coaches might better help with that first half, but still keep up the great work!

I am at a point where I don’t care anymore if she will regret or not. I am 100% done and ready to move on. Never look back. Her loss is my gain.
