No contact means no contact. You go into no contact with the mindset that you'll never talk to them again. Focus on you and fill your own cup. Good luck on your journey 🖤

They’re your ex for a reason. Some people aren’t meant to stay in your life.
Wish them well, let them go and follow your path. What is meant for you will always be yours.

I agree. The formulaic approach is stupid. But, the stats support couples getting back together. About 30% of relationships reconcile. But that includes the ones that are terminal for obvious reasons. When factors are taken into account such as no terminal issues such as adultery etc, good ongoing working friendship, kids in the relationship etc, then the chances are far higher than that.

Source? Genuinely curious. I made my own little survey a while back, and the chances seemed pretty dire: maxjancar.com/how-often-do-exes-get-back-together/

When a relationship ends is over

30 days also just might be all the time they need to detach. Then you're really screwed and you've lost them. There's so many dynamics of a relationship for it to just be magically fixed with some 30 days wait time

It might be, but on that note, usually the opposite happens. Their attraction grows. This is because attraction normally grows in space. In other words, your ex could reach out if you leave them alone.
