Napoleon CLEARion Electric Fireplace Installation

In this video a Napoleon Technical Specialist will walk through how to install one of the CLEARion Electric Fireplaces. This video must be used in conjunction with the Installation Manual.

Was the trim you installed standard or was that the optional trim that can be purchased?

Can you turn this unit on with the wall switch? Also can the switch turn on the unit and start running the flame? Like a gas one?

I bought but im not so happy with double sided.. Doesn't light well in the living room.. can i just used one side only think of move it to the master instead..

Ok a couple things. Mine didn’t come with a standard 120 outlet plug. I thought that was weird. That’s the first step. The second thing is there are little rubber feet at the bottom of the unit. Am I supposed to take those off? They are 1/4 inch and the unit doesn’t fit with them on.
