What a horrible way to leave this world by
being murdered by someone you trusted.
‘BE MOST CAREFUL TO THOSE WHO ARE THE CLOSEST TO YOU’
And Paul had his brains blown out all while his dad was standing within a few feet of him, per this expert.
This is all to detract away from himself. She knew that he has done and was ready to divorce him. He has to pay $30K, to the Beach Family, Pay all the others he embezzled from his firm, and pay Maggie from the divorce. He was desperate for money he didn't have and no longer have no other way to get it. His Ponce scheme has been shattered.
@@WalkingStreets Okey Dokey. Sorry that you can't trust your loved ones, l choose to trust mine. 🙄
Can't even imagine it. 😱
Before causing her that immense physical pain, he caused her unimaginable emotional pain by murdering her son right in front of her. What a monster.
She was just around the corner. She didn’t actually see Alex shoot Paul. She went running toward the gunfire to investigate. Even in the next few split seconds she saw Alex with the rifle and probably thought Alex was attempting to defend from a shooter. But the horror of reality set in when she saw Alex leveling the gun at her. I’m sure she didn’t have time to process what was happening.
just so horrific .
I would hope that’s how it played out for her sake but I don’t think it’s likely that she was unaware of Paul being “hurt” to use Alex’s words…
How do they know who was shot first?
@@acs2735 There was probably blood on top of blood. You they know who was shot first. Its so amazing the way they figure things out in forensics.
I’m glad he has to listen to all of this in such detail.
Just nu thoght! Shame on him for the rest of his life
Looking at the jury to see if they see his fake cry show
It is so obvious he did it... He got rid of his son because of all the trouble he was causing him, and he killed his wife because she wanted a divorce and he would've lost a lot of money. She also caught him in the act of killing her son...
And that is the look of someone who is being held accountable for their actions for the first time ever in his life!
He doesn’t look like he’s “breaking down”. He looks furious and irate that the woman is explaining the gun shot wounds.
@@karlasnyder9856 I just heard about the nanny story a few weeks ago. I bet they murdered her and proceeded to steal millions from her kids.
and they have nothing to empathise with, because they can't. what a c*nt.
The fact that the housekeeper “fell” and died in his house and he represents the family and gets a $4.5 million settlement and keeps every cent says about all anyone needs to know about this guy. That’s pure evil. The guy didn’t even think, “gee this is pretty dang awful, I better make sure I set her family up very well.” That would have still been super terrible and evil but nothing will convince me the housekeeper wasn’t killed by him with how he responded to the death
Yes, & if I heard correctly, it was mentioned previously that the housekeeper "tripped over the dog(s) going down the stairs when she fell..
yet, when Maggie's sister was on the stand recently,
she mentioned during her testimony
that the dogs weren't allowed in the house, and had beds, etc. out on the porch for them..🙃🤔💥
* Things that make ya go..
"Hmmmm..."
I don’t think he was at home when she died. Paul was. The thought is she found his drugs and said she was going to tell his mom and he “stopped” her on the stairs. Paul was the opposite of a good person.
Not only that but he pulled a big insurance policy on his home to cover this very “accident“ before her death. You can see his intentions line up with every murder.
@@jordansjul he said he wasn’t home but that he had arrive when they were loading her into the ambulance and that he was the one who told them that the dog tripped her 🤔

The pathologist has an excellent way of describing the autopsy so the average Joe understands and stays on point.
Well said. This is exactly why she will absolutely become the most sought after pathologist everywhere! As she should.
I was thinking the same, and she sounds so as a matter of fact, she is so professional
I thought the opposite. She doesn’t do w well if her narrative is interrupted. I think she’s brilliant. But I’ve heard others that are much easier to follow.

I love watching the double screen. She is torturing and grinding on his every nerve with her detailed explanation of the path of the bullets and how they spin and zing through Maggie's body. Every single detail he squirms in his seat. The flashback must be intense. He looks like he is about to SNAP! Watch how he squeezes and bends the highlighter in his hand. IF looks could kill, he looks like he wants to kill her and shut her up now. His jaw is locking and he is grinding his teeth. Those tears are narcissistically for him and the memories she is causing to bubble to the surface of his mind and it is driving him insane! GOOD!

Many of us strong women can capably juggle motherly tone and professionalism. They’re hand-in-hand, actually. Alex is amazed by how spot on Dr. Riemer's descriptions are. He's having flashbacks. As he should.

He should suffer the rest of his evil life.
My thoughts exactly... I can imagine the horrific scene this all was and he's reliving it. I can imagine she was screaming out in agony and possibly screaming out "how could you do this?" or "why?" Maybe even pleading for him not to kill her. It's all so horrible to imagine. That final spot was probably a mercy shot as I'm sure she was still possibly having final death movements. He is a despicable human. That whole family was raised rotten for generations and it all boiled down to this horrible person being the outcome and doing all the things he did. Stealing, lying, manipulating, and murdering your own family.

This is the first time Alec actually releases real tears. I hope he never sleeps knowing that this woman saw his wife and son all tattered and destroyed just brain matter and tissues.
She had to know about some of his crimes!! I don't think she was totally innocent !!
Maybe
You can tell it’s physically distressing to relive the way he murdered them
You can see him recall everything he did as she talks about it, and its affect on him
His response would’ve been different if there had been somebody else who murdered them.… probably would’ve been anger.
He shot her legs to immobilize her and make her suffer.
You say that because we all think that he did it. If he had the reputation of a grieving husband and father because everything pointed to another person, everyone would send him condolences and feel sorry for him. Reading body language is easy if you know what you’re looking for
so he does indeed feel bad
Idk, he looks pretty angry to me…. not that I find that exculpatory or anything, he obviously murdered them. Of course the anger eventually seems to give way to what would appear to be “sadness”, but who knows if it’s sincere or not. I’d like to believe it is tho, I hope the guilt eats him alive.
I don't see it that way at all! He's still acting! This entire reaction goes along with his I would never hurt Maggie, I would never hurt Paul.

The kidney one sounds awful. I hope that when it hit her brain she blacked out. That’s so sad..Spending years with a commitment to love and cherish your partner only for them to cause you the worst kind of suffering.
No, her 'pain' or 'torment' was over in 3 seconds or as long as it takes a body to drop.
It was so cold. Think about it she was shot in the leg first just three feet away from her. That was the closest shot. You would think if you're that close you go for vital organs first. But the leg was first as if it was tried so keep her from fleeing. Then the shots in the stomach and if that isn't cruel enough she got circled to give the final shot to snuff out her life.
@@utopianslay she died instantly when the first bullet entered into her brain. Sadistic to shoot her again in the back of her head when she was already dead!😢
His sons had a blatant disregard for life (as demonstrated by previous incidents). I’m sure they learned that disrespect from their father. AMs tears are just him crying for what he has selfishly lost.
Couldn’t agree more. He created an entitled monster of a kid that thought he was so important and untouchable he would get away with killing someone driving a boat intoxicated. But kid didn’t deserve a shotgun blast to the head from his father. This “Dynasty” are filled with pos. I appreciated this lady's professionalism and her patience to step everyone through each and every bullet/fragment, enabling us to digest just how criminal this man is. One thing I learned watching the Depp trial (In person, I was at the trial) is that when someone is holding a tissue, or a handkerchief in their hand yet wipe their "tears" or nose with their bare hand it is FOR SHOW. No one chooses to wipe snot on their hands and clothes when they are holding a tissue or cloth in their hands to use. He's putting on a show for the jurors. Don't be fooled, those aren't tears of grief.
he's acting.. the first thing he did was wipe his eyes with a tissue or handkerchief 😂😂 ie to show people that he supposedly had tears to wipe
He looks rage filled not sad, he’s angry the lady is outing him and there’s nothing he can do about it.
@@paxster76 did you see any tears? I just saw a poker face no tears. If he’ll kill Gloria (I think that’s the nanny’s name) with no remorse I bet he could do the same. My question is why? What’s he need all this money for, Isn’t bro pretty rich in the first place?
I don't know Maggie and I am in tears! This is going to haunt him to the point of insanity. He will not live to 70, and most likely not even to 65, He is a few months short of 55 now).
The shock that Paul had to feel when he saw his father aiming a gun at him.
Alex Murdaugh should have to hear this everyday for the rest of his life. This testimony is so precise. The physical pain description is reality. He did this all due to money.
And trying to keep up the “perfect” appearance.
It wouldn't bother him to hear it everyday. Psychopaths don't have human feelings
It doesn’t matter. AM is likely a sociopath. He feels badly for himself.
@@KristiLEvans1 buster is more psychopath sociopath
You believe it would actually bother him? He is putting on a show for the jury. He has no conscience. He probably , imo,has psych arrested development and suffered trauma before age 3, therefore he never developed a conscious nor an emotionally complete ability for attachment. He is imo incapable of empathy for anyone or anything outside of himself. Imo. he only sees and experiences the world and the things in it people, animals, money, as the source to indulge in, to serve and provide him the things that he wants or needs. Its impossible for him to obtain a conscience; just as it's impossible for us to discard our conscience, imo. When we do something that is in conflict with our conscience, it will erode our ability to live at peace within ourselves. Our conscience is responsible for usually helping us to avoid doing something immoral or unethical or cruel; but for the things we do that are in direct conflict with the values we hold; our conscience does not allow us to forget.
Best Medical Examiner I've listened to. She gives so much to her presentation. I'd take any class she taught. Those 2 poor people really suffered after the shock of seeing who shot them.
I don't imagine they had the time to process what was going on before they died.
She needs to face the camera when explain
@@timsmith2279 her job is to talk to the jury, not the TV audience.
@@TeamFish15 Yes, thank you.
My gosh, when she is talking about the thigh and wrist wound, I seen rage on AM’s face. He is trying to show a pitiful victim of losing his wife in a horrific way, but rage overtook him for a minute. I wonder what he was thinking about just then?
Time stamp?
This examiner witness is outstanding. It boggles my mind, the combination of skills and knowledge she is demonstrating.
If he was capable of stealing money from two young boys (one disabled) who had just lost their mother (his housekeeper), he is capable of murder. He probably killed the housekeeper for the insurance money too! Disgusting!
All those people he stole money from. I know how that feels. Our lawyer stole the money from me and my brothers and my step sister when our parents were killed in a wreck. Each of us kids got $1500.00 out of over a hundred thousand. The oldest of us, was me at 14, my youngest brother was 2. I can’t even imagine stealing money from 5
orphaned kids. Despicable. The whole rest of the insurance settlement went in the lawyers pocket.
@@SheezaPI Indeed your right, it's not uncommon for attorneys to steal money from clients. Especially from clients who lack money or resources to fight back. Im sure his recent financial crimes were nothing new. Most likely, he had been doing it for so long, he was comfortable, and just got sloppy. But thats also what makes me think it's possible he's innocent in the murders. His law firm had a reputation for dominating that area in bad ways, and the list of possible enemies is probably endless. Not to mention, his son walked free after killing a young girl. I think in this case, it's more probabable the killer(s) was actually someone else.
People keep saying he was addicted to pills but in his position, it was so easy for him to get doctors to give him scripts and with his insurance, I'm sure it cost him nothing if he did have an addiction. Addiction doesn't make sense. Maybe if they said he was involved with someone else, like a lover, or prostitutes, or something along those lines, could be viable. But addiction, if he was doing that much money's worth of drugs, he wouldn't have been coherent enough to do all this.
He didn't "break down" imo. He murdered them both in cold blood. He hunted Maggie down He's a monster
And, took her wedding ring off & through it in her car
How very tragic and sad. What an evil demonic human being to destroy your loving wife and child in such a brutal and violent way.
I feel so bad for Maggie. I read she had just decorated the place. So typical of a woman's optimism to try to maintain family comfort while dealing with a problem spouse., never dreaming she'd have to face this level of insanity or evil.
she killed the nanny tho
@@urdaddysballz No Maggie did not !!
@@urdaddysballz You write to Eric Bland attorney and ask him. It was an accident.
She decorated it because she was planning to sell the place and move somewhere else. The house and acreage has now been sold.
Saggy maggie
He's seeing it all over again in his head. She probably screamed bloody murder and he can still hear her cries.
Alex's reaction the night of the murders when he called the cops was emotionless, but his reactions during the trial with his head shaking shows is fake emotions about it all. Pure evil man.
Until his lawyer asks for a mistrial when his dedicated "mexican" servant was testifying. That Flippin smirk. That wasn't easy for her. None of it is. Narcissist
Man is crying cause he got caught and knew what he did was evil.
Only he can ask forgiveness from her and from God.
Using an assault weapon on Maggie shows how much rage he had at her. He's obviously reliving every moment of that night based on his reaction listening to her injuries. You can see the tear running on the right side of his nose just before he wipes the area and his eyes. I think he's doing all he can to hold himself together while taking the stress out that yellow marker. Hopefully one day he'll be able to come clean and admit what he did. Wouldn't want to be him going through that after-death live review.
nice! I see what you did there, that Judgement on that great day,
He wanted to be sure they didn’t survive. How horrifying it must’ve been to witness her husband doing this to her, and their son. It makes sense that the Bullets came in high and exited 10 inches lower, because he is a very tall man that towered over them both.
Dr.of Pathology explains the wounds on Maggie Murdaugh very efficient.
The assault rifle wound were different. Projectile damage to her body was awful! 😭
Who cares, I didn't know her personaly neither did you, people die horrible ways everyday she's at peace though
How does one let their life spiral this outta control that you feel I gotta kill my child and my wife? This is horrific.
He must have been pushed to the limits. To see that that was the only way out…
Greed.....
@@samum5856 That can all happen In his own head and not be the reality of it.
I cannot believe he made it thru law school, he didn't even know what habeas corpus was. He seems like a dunce to me. Apparently only litigated one case. I guess daddy bought him his law degree and position.
@A. Rolls Alex knows exactly what habeas corpus is. You're believing his act. This man doesn't do or say anything for no reason. When he speaks you should be thinking why is he saying this to me? Then when you find out at a later date you will understand exactly why he told you what he did.
The emotions are a mix of regret, realizations, fear probably. Killers can cry over what they have done. He's most likely upset that everything led to what it did, he did what he thought he had to do but its still traumatizing. He's very guilty. He's also reliving the night in him head. It was some scary s**t, even for a murderer.
A dedicated individual to her profession who can clearly communicate and educate others to understand what has happened anatomically and physically. She isn’t enthused to report such horror, but rather explaining in an informative manner so that everyone can understand. It is important to understand different projectiles because they don’t all disperse in the same way nor do they create the same damage.
Watching him in torment over the autopsy details of the murders he "allegedly" (cough) committed is so satisfying. I hope his victims are at peace in paradise as he rots in jail.
Same 🙏
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
There’s no punishment just enough for this 💩
He was PLAY ACTING
Can he see the drawing she’s doing?
So nice and friendly as she describes some pretty gruesome things. Can really tell she knows her stuff.
What I noticed thru the trial and especially during this part not once did I see one of his attorneys put there arm around him to comfort him, not one touched his arm to comfort him, not once did I one ask " you ok" That tells me they know the truth. They had absolutely no concern for him.
If the person accused sitting in that chair was innocent, their emotions would be very animated and intense as they heard the gruesome details of the torment and pain their wife/ husband endured. If it were me and I was innocent I would be a blubbering mess having to listen to the details of my husband's brutal murder. All self control would be out the window. I'd be ugly crying, hyperventilating from sobbing so intensely . No way would I be sitting there grinding my teeth while trying my hardest to squeeze out a tear. Just hearing the details alone would be enough to lead me straight to a complete mental break. His actions and body language do not match that of an innocent man who just lost his wife and son. I can't reiterate enough how having to hear the details alone would rock me to my core. So, even giving him the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didn't love her anymore as he once did so her death isn't affecting him in the same manner in which it would to someone who loves their significant other more than life itself- BUT, WHAT ABOUT THE ABSENT EMOTIONS FOR HIS SON? A parents love is the strongest love there is and his lack of what would be considered justifiable emotions are non existent- It's as if he's void of any affection and love for his own child.
This scum is as guilty as Joe Biden is incompetent and the only reason we see any emotion at all is because the narcissist is being exposed to the entire world and the illusion of innocence is one of the most important things to them. The narcissist will always play the part of the victim when really, they are the villain. He's embarrassed and the only regret he is suffering from is that his over inflated ego is being deflated for all to see.
I love the Biden incompetent sentence. Even though some might say leave politics out but when someone is incompetent to hold and office it is hard to hold back. The poor son Paul and Maggie. The guy should have been given the death penalty IMO. I am 100% for capital punishment when there is no doubt of guilt.
You can't say what someone else would do or act in the situation, you don't know until it actually happens either.
@@heatherw02hw I think it's safe to say that anyone who had to hear the details of the torture their loved one endured that they would be an emotional mess... having to go through it is not nessasary to know how heartache works
You are a nasty person to call Mr. Biden incompetent. He has accomplished MORE in his life than YOU ever will.
@@itiswhatitis7266 You still can't say what someone else would or wouldn't do in this situation, you can't even really say what you would or wouldn't do for certain if you haven't been through it. You're applying and projecting your reactionary thought process in this moment to a person who doesn't have the experiences, beliefs, or knowledge that you have. You've also got to consider how much time has passed between the event and the trial, it's not as if it happened yesterday. Lastly, he's in a very formal setting, and he has a lifetime of court experience, as well as coaching from his legal team.
I believe Alex murdered his wife and son, but not because he didn't cry enough during the autopsy discussion in court.
imagine if he just stood up and said "i'm guilty, i'm sorry." wtf is the point of living as a coward? look where it's led you, worm. yet again faced with an opportunity to grow a backbone. wishing for this and peace to everyone impacted by this tragedy.
Few people can say things this straight up. You're right. Let him rot.
The prosecutor did this all on purpose. It was to agitate him. In court, when you know someone is guilty, one of the easiest things you can do is slowly frustrate them. You can tell because the prosecutor made her explain the same things multiple times. That was an attempt to drag it out as long as possible and to make the process very tedious. Murdaugh doesn't feel guilt, he's mad he has to listen to his crimes. He looks like he wants to murder that doctor.
I was thinking the very same thing, why didn't he just stand up and said "I did it" I'm guilty. But I guess that's not what a sociopathic narcissist does... their arrogance just won't allow it. They will lie to the bitter end.
I think a just punishment is for him to listen to this pathologist describe the injuries of his wife and son over and over as he rots in his cell. What a monster
It wouldn't phase him much just a trite annoyance, he might even take it with satisfaction.
I suspect he doesn’t care, would have no effect on him. His only concern is to continue to be free.
It’s like he’s really trying to look sad but the only emotion he knows is anger and intimidation
Oscar worthy by Alex. He’s got to be regretting his actions as she describes the wounds.
