- Hey guys please check out my latest reaction video to queen one vision live at Wembley. I really like the up tempo feel of this song and more importantly the message behind it. I was also very impressed by Roger, John and Brian. They did their thing! Needless to say I enjoyed this reaction from queen as I always do!

Freddie was not an egomaniac. He was the first to say they were a complete collaboration and it just so happens that each one in Queen was a genius in his own right! Freddie couldn’t help it if he was SO gorgeous and perfect and everyone who knew him loved him!💜💜💜
We will always love him sweetie ❤️👍👍
😅 love how you put that
This song ended and went right into Tie your mother down, another great song. This whole Wembley concert is amazing
So great to hear this again. Yes. We all need to be reminded of this Ond Vision. We cannot hear this message often enough
John Lennon had the same theme in his hymn like :"Imaginr "
John never gets the credit he deserves....he's a great bassist
I wish more of their songs had more of a focus on the bass
John is an AMAZING bassist ❤️ together with Roger ❤️ the rhythm section no wonder they were called the Sonic Volcano x
💝💝💝💝💝
THE MIRACLE video is cute...I WANT IT ALL...Freddie's voice is hard-core...check those out...
YESSSS 😁
📝📝
Yes to your props to John, Roger and Brian. Freddie tends to get all the attention, ( and he deserves it), but Queen is definitely a collaboration. They all create this magic
Yes, Freddie tends to get more attention, because he was the best frontman ever, they knew it, but he wasn ´t selfish. He always talked about four equal people in the group in every interview
This one they use Rogers song as a base but reworked
But Freddie was the main producer on this one to create the sound/final composition
Freddie the great is always great but the others rocked out on this one 🙌🏽
As a roadie for 20 years thank you Sir
👏👏👏👏👏👏💪💪💪💪💪👑👑👑👑👑
I have just read Peter Hince’s book ( Freddie & John’s roadie & worked up to head of crew) Unseen Queen about life on the road gives you a new perspective as to what goes on behind the scenes big respect to all roadies & crew 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I kneel before you, Mr. Alan .. Well done! 💪💪
@@debramoore7513 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 hello Debra 💝😘🌹🌸💖
@@irinichotou470 Hello my lovely Irini - Your comments make me happy!! 💖💖
this was meant to be a collab between them,John explained that freddie rang them to come into the studio to make a track together
but Roger pretty much figured out a whole song before getting there!
they used it as a base but pretty much re wrote and re composed it
Roger 'that rotter Freddie changed all my words!'
Freddie got really into it and was the main composer/ producer with Roger on this one
on the longer version of the doc,Freddie was annoyed at Brian that he gets lost in what he's doing he doesn't think about the group as a whole that he needs to leave room for everyone to put in their part
you could feel the tension starting but they were mindful because they were being filmed
it's only on the longer version the three of them are saying about Brian that he's just keeping time,Fredddie that will cause a row later! I bet they made him tell him though!
this was re worked as a collab, but not the first time Freddie re worked something of Rogers!
for the Highlander track Roger wrote Kind of Magic, his version is on the film end credite, you can view it on you tube
when he was on holiday Freddie felt it could be a hit so re worked it! added more bass and so on
Roger liked it and Freddies version was on the single and album but still fully credited to Roger
I can imagine this happened a lot when you have 4 geniuses in one band
Queen sounded better live then in the studio..greatest live band ever!!!
When you were talking about giving a shout out to all the people behind the scenes, you paused the video on Ratty (Peter Hince) doing sound check on the instruments. He was the one who handed Freddie his mic when he needed it. He was Freddie and John’s roadie and the head of Queen’s crew. His job had a lot of responsibility, getting everything set up, taken down and set up again at the next gig, but also because he was in charge of Freddie’s drinks and towels while he was onstage, and for setting up John’s cocktail bar. He dealt with red tape at border crossings, union rules in different countries, and at times the egos of the band. Freddie had an ego, he wouldn’t have got to where he did without one, but he was not an egomaniac. He valued Ratty enormously and was very sorry when he left to pursue his photographic career. Ratty came back for Live Aid as a favour to them
I actually remember him at live aid now. In fact, we’re you the one that pointed him out to me in those comments?
@@RadJarrettTheIntrovert 😄Maybe, I can’t remember. I’ll have to go back and have a look. I read Ratty’s book, Queen Unseen. He has a fabulously witty way of writing, wonderful anecdotes, the good, the bad and the ugly. Thoroughly enjoyable
Peter Hince devloped into a very good photographer with Freddie's encouragement, and you will see several great photos of the band, and Freddie in particular, credited to Peter, who is still a photographer of note. He wrote an excellent book about his years with the band.
@@sharonhalliday3180 He took some fabulous photos. I can understand why he left his job to take up photography full time. All during his time with Queen he had been headhunted by other bands, and even though he was offered more money, he knew Freddie would have been terribly hurt so he would never do it. But Freddie being the creative soul he was, understood absolutely when Ratty wanted to pursue his passion. His book is illustrated with photos of the band. They were wonderful
This was a nod to Martin Luther King's "I have a dream " speech. Great reaction
Even better!
Thanks for this great video. The best live band of all time is Queen. More Queen, more smiles. Thank you!
Always! Channel goal is 100 queen songs lol
They are actually amazing and their body of work is timeless.
Freddie's voice is beyond beauty. Brian's guitar work is superb.
Roger's drums are solid. John carries it with the bass. Still sounds
fresh today.
With a powerful voice and charismatic presence,
stands out as the greatest frontman in Rock and Roll history. Once he
stepped on the stage, the audience knew that they were a part of
something special. Having over a four-octave vocal range coupled with a
flamboyant personality, Mercury kept his concerts alive every second.
As my daughter said when she said “That’s how you start a rock and roll concert”. Couldn’t agree more!
She knows her stuff for sure lol
Fried Chicken 😅
😅
This is based on MLK'S "I HAVE A DREAM " speech
Even better!
Fantastic book called Queen Unseen written by the crew!!
Check out Its a kind of Magic at Wembley-same concert. Great performance. Thanks!
There is a book called Queen Unseen……fantastic read!!🌻🇬🇧🌻
Reactions are GREAT!!!
Thank you Barry 🙌🏽
There will only be one Freddie. But Adam Lambert who tours with queen now does Freddie justice. Freddie will be looking down proud of the legacy he had left behind 👍👍❤️❤️
Yes I’ve heard this a few times, have also heard others that don’t like it. Interesting though
Yes, I think you will enjoy the Documentary: Making of One Vision. Exciting to see them actually pull the song together and to see them working together.
🙌🏽📝
This goes into one of my favorite songs. Tie your mother down” by Brian @ Wembley. 👑🎸🎸
Just watched the Wembley concert 2 weeks ago for Freddie's Birthday weekend.. 2 and half hours of pure magic.
That smile that comes on your face Jarrett when Freddie runs out is everything! I remember your first Queen reaction well 😉. Look at you now spitting off everyone's names. THANK YOU for doing that. It's super annoying when reactors are 10-15 songs in and still saying "the drummer" "the guitarist". It's like geez - put some respect on these men's names.
You're right, this song is about the music & the lyrics. Queen preaching UNITY 40 years ago. I feel like Freddie was warming up his voice with this one. 🤣
Next is knowing all the members to RUSH, PINK FLOYD, LED ZEPPELIN 🤣
Haha, I’m not so much of a rookie anymore I’m learning 🙌🏽 but it’s all thanks to you guys teaching me. I already know David from Pink Floyd. Have to learn the rest of the bands names but I’m sure I’ll get it
Freddie was beautiful, but Queen were a band and complimented each other, it was a collaboration
Thank you, beautiful one for ALL of your comments. I recently lost my husband of 40 years, and the two of us loved everyone, it didn't matter what color, ethnicity or religion.
Hi Julie, I’m sorry to hear that. I can only imagine the feeling. Hope all is well 🙏🏽❤️
When filming a live Queen show, they have a separate camera for each band member. You can type in 'Deacon camera' and it will stay on John throughout.
great reaction :)
If you think there was a large audience, consider that the live at Wmbley '86 lasted two consecutive days. Queen filled the London stadium for two consecutive days July 11th and 12th. Considering the two days, the audience was close to 400,000 people.
Yeah, I love seeing John rock out 😘
Okay, you got me. I just subscribed and rang that bell. I appreciate someone that can look further than simple lyrics on the surface. You look beyond and give an honest evaluation of the artists, their instrumental or vocal abilities, and look at their ability to entertain. Keep it up. Oh, and try to smile a little more. You seem to be holding back. Get loose as a goose. Smile, laugh, raise your eyebrows an show us all the Jarrett that you're hiding. Here's hoping you RUclips venture is a hit. I'll be watching.
Thank George! It’s my introverted-ness lol everything we do tends to be...subtle
Queen done all the music for the film Highlander, it’s a must watch love your reactions 👌
Thank you!
Brian is great guitarist voted no 1 rock guitarist.
Brian is so too cool for school vibes 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Nice to see someone compliment the roadies on their work (Roger's song 'I'm in Love With My Car' was written about one of the roadies), and bring attention to the work of John, Roger and Brian for what they did, so many act as if Freddie was Queen.
BTW This song always makes me hungry, anticipating the last line.
Yes, i know those sets had to take hours maybe days to build so incredible team work all round
So much talent on that stage. By the way, love your Bob Marley poster 👌
🙌🏽🙌🏽
Great reaction. The whole concert is fantastic, if you get a chance watch the whole thing xx
🙌🏽🙌🏽
Hi am a big Queen fan love your reviews have some song suggestions for you to check out if you haven't already done so The Show Must Go On/Too much love will kill you/Mother Love unfortunately that was the last song Freddie recorded before he died didn't get to finish it Brian sang the last verse but Freddie's vocals are amazing even though he was so ill last one is Mo one but you/only the good die young song by Queen a tribute to Freddie another great song ❤
Freddie is still the very best!!!
You now qualify to listen to, Freddy Mercury and Montserrat Caballe singing Barcelona, live at La Nit. It will blow your mind.
Very high on my list🙌🏽
Thankyou for playing queen..please react to more queen..I love it
Goal is 100 songs lol check out my queen playlist
Brian May: Freddie [came up with] lots of vocal ideas, most of which are unprintable. [laughs]
Roger Taylor: I have here... there's a transcript of his original lyrics.
BM: [Laughs again.] Some of it's printable... "one shrimp, one prawn, one clam, one chicken." Only the chicken survived.
RT: "One heart, one soul, one sex position..."
BM: But the other stuff, "one dump, one turd, two tits, John Deacon", is questionable, really.
RT: And the only bit that survived was "fried chicken" at the end. I think he went through the entire Chinese menu.
Hahahahaha!!! I love that! 🍗🍗

A great reaction again as usual.Your becoming a true fan..Also thanks for the shout out for the roadies, technicians and advisors behind the scenes.as a former riadie many years ago i know a little about the sweat and long hours it takes to make a show run what seems to be smoothly( it never is).
I’m definitely a full blown Queenie now 😉
Freddie’s roadie Peter “Ratty” Hince was also John’s roadie. He wrote a great book. Gives an amazing perspective. Was with Freddie from 75 until 86.
You should search “Roger Cam”. 👍
The twirl is hilarious.
The video to this song is amazing it a visual splendor 🤞🤞❤️❤️🏴🏴
❤️❤️
Good for you! In you own quiet way you have focused on the rest of the band. As Rami Malek, as Freddie, says in Borap, “We are all legends.” I don’t comment often but I remain a fan of your style. At 82, I appreciate your low-key approach. Rock On!
Thanks Neil, I appreciate your feedback. Hope all is well.
They were great. Great reaction.
🙌🏽🙌🏽
I loved the electric Vs bass guitar battle at 6:40
Yes! Epic
The back stage and equipment folly them around the world.
Can only imagine the insane work ethic
Check Out " im in Love with my Car" live in Montreal. Also "somebody to Love " live in montral
Read the book Queen Unseen….brilliant!
Roger wrote the song as a nod to MLK’s famous speech. As others have said, they all worked on it and Freddie did some “rearranging” 😂
Lol Freddie is gonna Freddie
☮️♥️
Freddie one of the greatest voices of all time they don’t make music like this anymore look at that audience wow. Check out Australian rock band AC/DC singing their hit song “thunder struck” at the river plate in Argentina one of biggest crowds of all time ruclips.net/video/j803Fl-aLEo/видео.html
Lol i have this reaction on my channel George. Was one of my more fun ones 🙌🏽
Rad Jarrett The Introvert yeah what am I talking about i saw it other day lol haha
Great reaction again! Please react to Save Me live in montreal 1981

The band members loved and respected each other. Yes, they fought (argued is probably a better word) about the music, what would go on the records, and other things regarding their careers, how could they not when they were each geniuses, so different from one another, etc. But they stayed together to the end of Freddie's life because of their love and respect. They knew they were better together than apart and also gave each other room to try their own projects without destroying Queen. They didn't spend all their down time together and try to be joined at the hip though.
I always admire how they allowed each other to be themselves on stage, no "uniforms". The band members supported Freddie when he changed his style and grew his mustache even though some fans threw razors. Respect!
Yes! It’s to be expected with so many creative geniuses but i always see love and chemistry in stage
Check you mic input level. It's way in the red all the way through.
Now try listing to Justin Bieber after that
Really does try to give his band prop specially if the music is right the song was a tribute to Martin Luther King speech
🙌🏽🙌🏽
I loved and appreciated the joy on your face when John and Brian busted out their jam! U made me smile! 👑🙋🏽♀️✌🏾
😅 yes! Best part of the performance !
