I work at Mcdonald’s and every time the owner comes for a visit at his store, he often joins us in the kitchen and correct the things we do wrong. Some people in the comment section say that the kitchen is quiet and it shows how “well-trained” the workers are. What I can confirm is the kitchen is as quiet as the one here whenever the owner is around 💀 I’m not trying to take out anything from Stephen’s store but knowing Mcdonald’s and how it actively hires for young workers (which is the age group they really need considering it is a fast-paced restaurant) the kitchen will always be loud enough. The owner in our store even encourages us to talk with our co-workers as it actually shows how we as a team can get along. As long as work is done properly, a noisy kitchen is not a big deal. I do admit that this Mcdonald’s is better managed considering how clean it really is and how stock is ready in the fridge under the dress bench in case some condiments run out.
I was actually impressed with my McD's a couple days ago. Where you wait inside to get your order they show your order numbers progress on a screen, I knew exactly when it was coming. Took about 5 minutes, slammed with uber eats orders. No one seems to eat in there anymore.

Two sides of table. He’s just on the other side, side 1 is across from him where he prolly normally is.
@@brycelewis86 He's also at a different store. If he was at the store he normally films in and on the same side that he is in this video, the grills and back wall (chicken and fish) fryers would be behind him and not other side of the table as they are here in this video.
I've watched about 6 of you're videos and I have respect for what you do. Keeping it all flowing and never stopping. Impressed 👍. In fact I made it a point to get some mcds on my way home from work today just cause of these.....thank you for sharing you're dedication to the food industry....
20 mins!?!?! I know what I'm watching before bed 🥲
It feels weird seeing it fliped. I'm assuming he's on the other side of the counter
He is, he's also in a different store.
Thank u for these longer videos! They’re great 👍.
Wow my dream just came true , wake up in the morning and there is a 20mins video.
I can't stop watching these videos lol. Why do I like this so much?
I want this set up in my house. Just make myself burgers all day.
Ohhhhh my soul!!! Those 3 perfect tartar sauce blobs!!! ❤❤❤
I like how he gets double the money by recording him doing his job
He has to pay a percentage towards McDonald's
Makes sense. But still
I do not know what it is, your vids hypnotize me, the longer vids lately have been awesome, keep them coming
I was actually impressed with my McD's a couple days ago. Where you wait inside to get your order they show your order numbers progress on a screen, I knew exactly when it was coming. Took about 5 minutes, slammed with uber eats orders. No one seems to eat in there anymore.
5:00 extra nugget = Extra blessings , keep up the good work
I had a McChicken today, it was unusually good.
And this must a different shop than his usual one, everything is in the wrong place!
PC Master Race!
There’s two sides of table. Side 1 and side 2. He’s prolly just on the opposite side, the other side is across from him.
@@brycelewis86 he is in another store as well
