Just finished this workout & now I'm a sweaty mess....I feel great! I almost skipped my workout today, which is completely fine now and then, but I had skipped the last few days as well, so I decided to suck it up & get it done. I already feel so much less stressed, my mood is better & I've got so much energy now on a day where I was otherwise feeling sluggish. I, too, blew this off as an 'easy routine' until I got to the jump squats/burpee holds HIIT portion. My legs were Jell-O at the end, but in a good way! This was a fun, quick -- yet super effective -- leg workout.
I did this workout with my calculus books (2000 pages each) since I don't own any fitness equiptment haha, and oooooooooh the burn. Great workout! (Love the leggings)
I'm doing this as part of the 4 Week Booty Boot Camp and it's only been a few days and I'm already seeing positive changes in my body! I've always (tried to) live by the words "You'll never regret a work out". I regret skipping them, and letting other things get ahead of putting myself first, but I never work out and think "Well, that was a waste of my time" so DO IT. Thanks for all the inspiration! I have been working hard on the lower body and recently started having bad knee pain after the really intense strength workouts for the lower body (like drop it like a squat etc.)The pain would sometimes last for days, putting a real damper on my routine! But I figured out how to relieve most of that pain and it's sooo simple so I thought I would share because I know I'm not the only one who has this problem. Anyway, all I do is stretch 2-3 times a DAY. I use Fitness Blender's lower body stretching routine for flexibility and Fitness Blender cool down stretching routine for flexibility. I can workout 6 days a week again and I have hardly ANY knee pain :))) Thank you Fitness Blender!!!

Lower body strength videos like this one, along with videos that target the upper body (for example, Tank Top Arms Workout - Best Upper Body Workout for Toned Arms, Shoulders & Upper Back or Strength Training for Arms and Shoulders - Strong Toned Arms Workout), are actually a great way to build an hourglass shape; by adding shape and curvature to the upper and lower body, you create the contrast that gives a body an hourglass shape. If you want an hourglass shape, training the waist is not the way to go.
FitnessBlender And what about you Abs and obliques workout - Exercises for a Smaller Waist ? Does this one slim your waistline a little bit ? I also have troubles with my arms..they are too week. I'm not able to do a silnge push-up (even the easier version) :( Is there any arm workout for beginners? :)

I loved this workout! Everytime I'm on Leg Day and have to do Jump Squats in a routine, I'm like "oh God, no, why this?" lol. I don't think I will ever like Jump Squats but damn, I do love the results this hard work gives.
I did this routine even though I didn't have dumbbells. I figure that this would give me an opportunity to focus more on my form to make sure that I'm doing the exercises correctly. Especially on lunges since I feel like those are my weak point. Those jump squats get me everytime. I definitely better at them then I was before so that's good. Something that works for me with the jumpsquats when I feel like my form is starting to suffer, I do jumpsquats for the first 10 seconds and then the rest of the time I do regular squats. I did this for the A format of the jumpsquat and for the B format I did it for the whole 20 seconds.

Hey there!! First of all i just wanted to tell you how awesome you guys are and how i really appreciate all the effort you're both putting in this great workout videos. I just wanted to say one thing though..(oh and sorry for my english i come from milan ;)) i found your total body workouts very useful and effective but i have to say that 65-75% of the video is concentrated on thighs (of course i'm not talking about this video where it clearly says "legs on fire"! i'm talking about the other total body) and without spacing out with exercise on other body parts, which most of the time (mostly in HIIT workouts) are left at the end..it would be nice to have more like thighs-arms-core-thighs-arm-core etc kind of thing, in order to give time to the other parts of the body to rest for a minute, while you're exercising another part!! but maybe it's a stupid observation and there is actually a purpose behind it...I hope you can understand what i was trying to say!! thanks for everything

I have to say that fitness blender with this young lady has become my favorite. I love that there is no frill and distractions. Talk about deceptive haha! I went in all guns blazing, lifting heavy but by the time we got to the second round I suddenly couldn't hold my form anymore. What a good workout, so quick but so effective!
My thighs are so tight after did this. This is may be the hardest routine I've done. I have to pause this few times. I'm not sure whether to hate or to love this one, but glad I finished it. 😂😂😆
The burpee squat holds really weren't too bad after the jump squats! Killer workout, I had to take extra ,more than I thought I would, because its was TOUGH. Terrific workout in minimal time, I added on the butt+thigh pilates barre blend before cool down and also did 10 trips up and down the stair with 20 lbs. per hand. My poor jello legs are still shaky, even sitting down typing this!

This was a pretty brutal workout to do after running a 10 mile Bloomsday training run yesterday. The cool down and stretch felt amazing afterwards.

Terrific workout in minimal time, I added on the butt+thigh pilates barre blend before cool down and also did 10 trips up and down the stair with 20 lbs. per hand. My poor jello legs are still shaky, even sitting down typing this!
Those jump squats killed me. Great workout!
