- In this week's video, we finally take you through the step-by-step build of the Team Pavo 2014 Ford Raptor! But our build doesn't stop when it's finished, we take the customer out to Mojave to make sure that it feels the way he dreamed.

Duman, you're a legend for basically building a "Trophy" truck! Tommy, I think keeping the black accents on the 911 and swapping out the side markers, was the best choice for the wrap. Looks so different to other 911's! Keep-up the amazing content guy's! 👍

Good to see you guys take such care with your disassembly and wraps. RDBLA's work sometimes looks haphazard in comparison.
I wish you guys had a shop up here in Ohio.. The company that did my wrap cut the hell out of my paint, and didn’t bother taking anything apart, so there were huge seam gaps with paint showing.

type in White Horse Bronco for a build there. They are a tiny custom shop in SoCal that build some insane prerunners along with custom cars. They're working on a Bronco right now that is going to be incredible.

Personally I would tie that cage that comes out of the cab into the frame though the bed. Would make everything even stiffer for jumps
Need to dial in more rebound on the rear bypasses to stop the rear from bucking.

would say mega got this one bested but not a bad truck. not the best in the looks department but under the casing is some beast ass hardware.
I so badly would like to take my 1997 Ford expedition to you guys to turn it into an epic off-roader similar to the raptor build just in an SUV body!
the rear suspension needs to be overhauled there definitely to much reflection on the rebound through the woops an jumping that could put mass strain on the diff an the bearings in the rear axle. just a thought but real exceptionally well built.

Looks like the Pavo truck needs a little less rebound damping in the rear. Even on the smaller bumps it looked like the rear was trying to pass the front.
Matt Kennington yes it does, we tried doing some tuning out in the field but we need to redo the shim stacks in order to achieve optimal performance.
Tommy_GAS I figured you guys probably had it under control. Based on everything I have seen come out of GAS your attention to detail is second to none and I've know about GAS long before RUclips and social media.
Transfer case issue already? Ford: fix or repair daily.
Rebound seems a bit quick in the rear causing it to buck over jumps and larger whoops . Maybe a bit softer on the compression and slow the rebound a bit . Nice truck though.
