I love Adela’s - one of the best “local” healthy plates. I really enjoyed the Lechon and Moringa pasta plate, the lechon had a nice, light crispy texture, beyond perfection , so Ono. The staff is super friendly and lots of Aloha. I can’t wait to return to try other dishes.
@@caryandaileen no I’m not me and my gf are from nc. We visit Vegas quite often and your videos helps us choose restaurants off the strip. Love the videos.
Sup guys, long time for the long vid. I go there when i get the crave. I found out that Moringa is beneficial for the body so i always choose it. As far as price, its reasonable for me. Ill eat half, because its a large amount. Comes out to 12~13 dollars a meal. 🤙
@@kingandward You understand the process and care that goes into it and yes, it’s a serving of 2 for sure! Thank you for support as always! Appreciate you to the max! Do you like our longer forms much more than the shorts? Your feedback would be amazing 🙏 Mahalo
@@caryandaileen I have a short list for RUclips on rotation. When my wife and I have time, we watch by casting videos for convenience. I can't cast "shorts". That's the reason. Will still support when can 🤙
I get why they are pricy. They source their unique and envelope pushing noodle ingredients from local organic and local sustainable farms. Its time consuming and expensive to grow, harvest and cook with these ingredients from small farms and harvests. They are to Hawaii noodles like Alice Waters has been to California Organic Local Farm to Table movement on the mainland. It they set up shop in a fancy or even slightly fancy sit down restaurant space in Town, then they could conceivably ask for even more money. That market would definitely pay the higher price. But it is admirable that they keep it Local Casual, for the neighborhood of Kanoehe and the rest of the island. Their sides and meats are not fancy or even plated fancy, but they are delicious examples of local home cooking. Im not the only one that thinks Locals deserve to eat local, organic, delicious, healthier foods even if it cost $3 to $10 more per item or plate?
Thank you for this. Your words and thoughts are exactly why we wanted to share their deeper story. To show that they're about sustainability, independence, health, etc. Appreciate you.
there food is good but too damn expensive and i dont like that young filipino cashier, she is pushy and rude on the phone, so i wont give them service no more!!!!
