- t appears an El Paso County judge has had enough with a squatter who has filed multiple lawsuits from behind bars and will now have to seek court approval before filing any new cases.
The judge should be charged or compensate the family as well for his incompetency!!
This judge took bribes from convict after killing daughter so he could live rent free
They should also be able to sue the sheriff he was driving around her car that was a stolen vehicle that would have been an easy simple solution instead of going through the eviction process just wait till he hits the pavement in her car and pull them over and charge them for Grand Theft Auto that would have made more sense to me I think he knows people or they just don't want to deal with him or something
@@rhettjanes1056 the way the deal with it is to go right over there and break some kneecaps or a skull or two because if that was my relatives, I'll be god-damned if a bunch of dirtbags are going to be laid up in my dead relative's house and driving her car and shit that is not going to happen. And they should be able to charge him with fraud and perjury for all that fraudulent paperwork, also sounds like the court doesn't want to deal with this bum is what's really going on.

The notary, the clerk, and the judge should also be held accountable. These things happen alot in every court. But they just rubber stamp the paperwork to make it easier on themselves so they can just do as little as possible until their pension starts. DISGUSTING

It's not the judge's fault, it's the fraudster, Cole's fault. The judge's job is to review the evidence given to him then make a decision based on the facts.
What was presented to the judge was that the home owner ignored the lawsuit. When you ignore a lawsuit and don't appear in front of the judge, there's no evidence to counter Cole's claim.

@@brianschaffer9220 It's not the judge's job to investigate the claim of the lawsuit. His job is to review the evidence put in front of him and make a decision. If the defendant didn't show up for court, there will be no evidence to counter the claim.
And yet no consequence? This should have been enough to deny parole.
And bring new charges to keep him in custody and off the streets until he's too old to be a menace to the general public.

I really dont understand how this guy isnt charged with multiple crimes for falsifying documents in efforts to sue someone. If u can falsify documents that have the power to upend someone's entire life, there should be laws to hold people accountable for falsifying them.
This dudes life is over. Even when he gets out hes a registered sex offender and squatting would send him back to jail. Shoot, sneezing too close to a school would send him back to jail. Farting accross from a Chucky Cheese would get him 10 years.

Apparently these laws that allow for squatters rights were originally developed to prevent someone from taking someone else’s house using the courts and saying that they actually have a claim on the house.

If you file frivolous/malicious lawsuits you should lose your right to ever file any lawsuits again.
He did lose that right before he was paroled & had to have anything he wanted filed aproved before it could be filed. Now that he's out, who knows.

This is one of the many issues with our justice system. Squatters and tenants that cause more problems and destroy property are given more protection than the landlords and this is pre covid.
That's not really true. My last two landlords were scumbags the 1st one tried to steal my security deposit (pa has black and white rules on return of security deposits) the house had a mold issue and his lazy ass wouldn't come take care of it there was a water leak he wouldn't fix I generally don't mind fixing small things but this I knew I was moving after my lease so why should I go outta pocket on a rental? I had the threaten to take him to court to get my security deposit back and he tried to get me to leave 20 days before my lease was up by claiming the dates on my copy were a mistake the second landlord let me be without hot water for a week and couldn't get the oil filled because he was outta town and the boiler was locked so I couldn't even dump a few gallons in the tank to start the water heater back up by the time the state was ready to move on anything it was to late. My neighbor and I had even discussed a rent strike because we couldn't get anything done.

The family should file lawsuits against Cole, the County and the DA if he has failed to criminally charge Cole for this crime. He committed multiple crimes by filing a document full of fraud.

Thank you for your video today in pointing out the brave continuation of one person forging toward truthful reporting of assets kept, and yet it was wrongfully stopped by the illegal actions of those wanting a life of someone who worked, gave, and was upended by identity thieves. It was also driving the deceased woman’s car. And what I would’ve done before any court order came down having him evicted, I would’ve filed a report of a stolen vehicle. He’s driving a vehicle that he has no permission to be in, claiming possession of it. He should’ve been arrested for Grandtheft auto.

The squatters tell the cops that they are renters. When the home owner denies that, the squatter said they had a verbal agreement. As soon as the cops hear that, they walk away, it's a civil matter.

Clears out his old house and lists it for sale. Squatters moved in. Guy finds out and called the cops. Squatters claimed they were renters and showed the cops all their belongings in the house. How are the cops to know the squatters are lying?
