For your specific vehicle you will want to refer to your owner's manual for the exact oil change schedule, however many new vehicles only require an oil change every 7,500 to 10,000 miles.
Personally I change my oil every 5,000 for a car with over 150k miles.

Can you explain how you jacked the car up? I have a 337 but all the pinch welds have collapsed. I’m assuming I can use the subframe bolt it looked like you used then put a Jack stand on the frame rail. Jacking one side on your car lifted each end, assuming you have upgraded rigidity somehow? I would just have to do one side than the other? Unfortunately the VW manual states only to use the 4 reinforced pinch welds. They really shit the bed with this one.
Subframe or jack front the frame rail if your not to low
