I think something I'd like to point out is some people can just afford to go on holiday somewhere like Spain or turkey, they book a cheap package and then don't have much or any spending money. My partner and I go on all inclusive cheapish holidays. Then all our food and drink is paid for, we don't have to leave the hotel, but we do like a cheeky boat trip. The Costa del sol family could have gone to the beach more and done some walks but they might not be able to afford to be going on trips out etc (I'm not saying they can't just money MIGHT be a factor). Both holidays looked great to me! :)
yeah 100%. This show often revolves around the 'haves' and 'have nots'. I don't even know if they'd be able to show this nowadays as it might come across too much as the well-to-do upper middle class sneering down at the working classes.
Sorry but a local Spanish bar is cheaper than tgi Fridays . i don’t have a load of money but i go self catering, air bnb by the beach… and i still get to have an action packed trip. paying £1000s to sit on sun loungers and go to tgis is insane… these people could do all these things at home.
Me & my hubby love sitting by the pool but we always go 2 loads of different places walking for hours stopping for lunch drinks 🍹 and going to the beach & loving not always being at the hotel
I didn't get why the Kravitz didn't allow the other couple to go for a walk or go to the gym etc. It's going bit too far not allowing Rodney to go for a cocktail before dinner

There was a camping one where they all shared a toothbrush 🤢 and I remember one where the 2 ladeis came to blows one was a ginger with curly hair who gave her daughter a slap for coming in late. Not forgetting the Bangor racing one vs the desert but that family left. Oh and anothr one where they family from Blackpool went to Africa and starting serving then chips 😂😂

Why are the Thomas family- especially the Dad such snobs??? lots of people love and are grateful for their holidays in Spanish hotels be they 3 4 or 5 star!
I grew up with holidays to Dubai and 5* luxury in the middle east. Also went on activity holidays, skiing in New-Zealand and went all over east Asia. I am not snobby. I love packaged holidays.
gnomehunting Dubai really does not entice me whatsoever. I like luxury but I don’t like opulence. I’ve a feeling there will be a lot of quite opulent, cocky people around. Abandoning half a million pound cars when you’ve finished with them for example

It was a family who stayed at their house and did a holiday from home, so basically they just went for days out from their home and the other family stayed in a caravan on their drive and he taught them how to make pop noodles 😂😂😂😂

That is what I do.I do all inclusive and might treat myself to a ice cream when out I go for a walk and go shopping and a day trip as a treat.
