Sir mere par me phle pakka plastar tha aur fir kachha aur usme bahut pain hota tha fir wo 5days bad hi hatwa diye aur ek band dediya jise me par fold na kar saku aur mene doctor se kha bhi tha ki please merko walking karna aloud kardo 😢😢 sir par unhone walk ke liye mana kardiya ab sir 15 days bad merko walking aloud karde sayad😭😭😭😭 itna late sir merko 24 feb ko facture hua tha vo bhi us bone me jo par ko bada karti hai unhone operation ke liye mana kardiya tha kyonki ussse par chota bada ho sakta hai

Doctor..Thank you so much for your videos regarding tibial plateau fracture and recovery after post op. Watching your videos helps and motivate my journey to a good recovery. Its has been exactly one month to the day since my surgery and after being on a cast for more than 36 days your videos on how to strengthen muscle even when immobilized has help me tremendously.Finally today my the cast is out and my physiotherapy starts but without weight bearing upto 3 weeks. I hope i can manage to bend my knees if not fully but to 160° before my weight bearing exercise. Thank you again Doctor..🙏 (Shillong-India)

Sir mera bike accident huwa tha tibea bone tut gyi thi phir maine operation karwaya rod lagayi hai sirf neche 2 screw lagaye hain uper nhi lagaye 7 months huwe Hain ab me stick ke sahare chalta hn but proper nhi chal pata sir or exercise krte waqt Mera ankle move nhi karta hai me apne ankle ko full move nhi kr pata 7 months hogye hain mere knee or ankle pe abhi bhi swelling hai or jb chalta hon to bone ki awaz aati hai jaise jur rahi ho nikal rahi ho andr se tik tik ki awaz aati hai jahan se meri bone tuti thi

Mera November 2023 mai femar aur tibia multiple fracture hua tha...abhi stich se chal pa rha hu...but kneww banding nhi ho rha hai...90 degree tak banding ho raha hai chair 🪑 par baith ke..... but abhi bhi pura weight nahi daal pa rha hu...😢
