    Sir. Aap mujhe nayi jiban dea ho. Ek saal pahele maine aapka ea sab exercise suru kiye the. Halat bahut bura tha. Chal fir nehi pati thi. Aab main bilkul thik hun. Fir vi exercise continue kar rahi hun. Thank you so much once again.

    आपके बहुमूल्य सुझाव से काफी फायदा हुआ।आपने बहुत सी ऐसी बातें बताईं जिनका उल्लेख पहले किसी ने नहीं किया था जैसे घुटने का दर्द हो तो सीढ़ी से कैसे उतरना चाहिये या कैसे सीढ़ी चढ़ना चाहिये या फिर कुर्सी पर कैसे बैठें इत्यादि। पर आपने ये तो बताया कि घुटने का दर्द हो तो वजन कम करना होगा पर यह बिना exercise/walking के कैसे करें इसपर विस्तार से बतायें तो बहुत अच्छा हो।

    What an exercises sir.... I am suffering from knee pain from last 8months but after continues theses exercise for 3dayd 3times a day.... My pain literally go away and i can peacefully do my daily activities (including gym)

    Thank u .sir mujhe bhi authorities hai. 15 sal pahle hi mujhe dr.ne knee replacement ka bol diya tha .lekin apne Jo excercise batai hai vo hi me aaj tak karti aai hu .ab mujhe knee pain kam hai . I am 62 years old..

    Sir thankyou I have right knee pain I am 54 doctor has given three months tablet course and excercise I have controlled my diet still there is stiffness in knee he told for operation but I don't want as my friend has done and she is having problem after a year thanks 🙏

      Don’t do any exercises just do fasting Absolutely I’m feeling great after intermittent fasting I eat twice and between these two meals only water water I love water I am 60 years of old had lots of knee pain back pain everything gone I can run now I got more energy then before mental clarity is great don’t feel fatigue

    I am from India 🇮🇳 I can understand in Hindi but I have friends who are foreigners 50+ are suffering with knees issues . 75% ppl suffer of knee issues after age 50

    Dr. You should make sure there are subtitles in English / Arabic ( Arab’s our also very undernourished/ suffer from knee issues as I live in UAE 🇦🇪 And noticed many times in Hospital etc Here in uae Hospitals are extremely commercial & super expensive)
    With such Knee exercises can u guide us what type of massage one should do and how can we make home made oil / Ayurvedic oil ,which can be beneficial after Exercise/ Massage & Right Diet as u have already explained in your previous video . Dr. Appreciate your concern for people who are suffering from knee issues will be guided now in right directions.

    Sir 10 years back I was advised for knee replacement but with exercises I could manage walk-in good Now suddenly since last year I put on lots of weight in my back belly and thighs esp frontier side of thigh which is quite painful to touch I’m in late 60s plz advise

    Hello Doctor thank you very much for exercise taught. I am having osteoarthritis in both legs. In addition, am having lower back pain near L4 and L5. Stiffness developed in this region. Wearing waist belt while walking , sitting and standing. Can you suggest some exercise for back pain. And can I continue to use belt. Thank you sir.

    Doctor thanks for this video. I am surfing from osteoarthritis pain from past 4yrs and I am 35yrs old. I have tried doing all the exercises you have showed. But 4th exercise was been bit painful for me. Can you suggest some other exercises for me. I have pain in my right knee as well as I have swelling around my knee. Sometimes while walking I loose my balance also I can hear the tik tik noise from knee.

      You need to get an MRI of your leg or knee and see the orthopaedic doc.

    Thankyou Doc, I am 35 yrs old female recently diagnosed with OA. i have Family H/O OA. Recently i got my Usg Report which shows osteophytes as well as Calcific tendinitis. I was athlete and Hockey player for 9 years and now i gained weight i think which is also contributing factor. Thanks, for uploading the video.       What treats the impossible is the thought that it is possible to treat it. That’s the starting point. Move on from there. You will be as good as you imagine in your thoughts. Any negative thought will anyways defeat the purpose
