Hello Doctor thank you very much for exercise taught. I am having osteoarthritis in both legs. In addition, am having lower back pain near L4 and L5. Stiffness developed in this region. Wearing waist belt while walking , sitting and standing. Can you suggest some exercise for back pain. And can I continue to use belt. Thank you sir.

Doctor thanks for this video. I am surfing from osteoarthritis pain from past 4yrs and I am 35yrs old. I have tried doing all the exercises you have showed. But 4th exercise was been bit painful for me. Can you suggest some other exercises for me. I have pain in my right knee as well as I have swelling around my knee. Sometimes while walking I loose my balance also I can hear the tik tik noise from knee.
You need to get an MRI of your leg or knee and see the orthopaedic doc.

What treats the impossible is the thought that it is possible to treat it. That’s the starting point. Move on from there. You will be as good as you imagine in your thoughts. Any negative thought will anyways defeat the purpose
