Hello dear doctor. Please make a video on how to remove knee pain (synovitis) without pumping fluid out of the knee with a syringe. Is there an alternative to puncture?! Sorry for my English. Best regards - Svetlana.❤
Thank you so much . I have two bad knees , right one is bone on bone but I have been doing your exercises for about three weeks now and I can really see the difference. I’m not in pain as much and the fluid build up and stiffness is better . I can walk a lot better without hurting . I’m 77 and getting back to being active again . God bless !
This is excellent! It really works. I've been learning these things for several years and try to practice the synovial fluid swinging every time I think about it, sitting watching tv, standing in the kitchen alternating legs, or getting out of bed in the morning. Shake it out :) You mentioned core strengthening and I'll ad that is key to preventing more knee pain. I'm very conscious of how I use my thighs, abs and especially butt muscles, for standing, walking, climbing stairs. As soon as I feel my knee tightening up, I clench my glutes and activate my calf and thigh muscles.
I am 45 and I am laying in my bed praying and seen your video well I am watching and doing each different stretch and feeling very good to be honest.. Thank you Sir... Can you do some more videos I run bread routes meaning delivering bread to grocery stores and I own a landscaping business.. Your really helping people..
I started having issues with my knees last year....I tried 2 of these exercises 💯....really helped me out 😊❤.... you're amazing 💕...thanks for making this video 😊
Wow, after several months of knee pain and stiffness, I have been greatly relieved by just the first exercise recommended in this video. Thank you so much Doc🙏
Seriously people... give his videos thumbs up! Out of 149K views, less than 5K likes? Dr. Rowe is an amazing help for me! I am a 2 time cancer survivor with a lot of damage and weakness left behind from surgeries and treatments and being down recovering. My muscles are so weak all over and I am dealing with a lot of pain from it. THESE videos are helping me rebuild strength and flexibility. I wish I had found him years ago! Thank you, Dr. Rowe!
Dr. Rowe, Many, many thanks for creating this video. I stumbled upon it a few days ago and what an amazing improvement I have experienced from my chronic knee osteoarthritis symptoms by following your instructions and performing all the recommended movements. The relief I felt was almost instant with significant decrease in pain and stiffness and much improvement in mobility. I highly recommend this video to everyone who suffers from chronic knee pain. It is well worth a try. I will make it habit to do these exercises regularly. Thank you once again. If you have a video addressing how to correct a permanently flexed knee due to chronic osteoarthritis, please direct me to it.
These are great exercises and you demonstrate them very well! One thing I would recommend is you point out during the squat that you never want your knees to go past your toes. You demonstrate the exercise correctly, but when you are doing it yourself, you may not notice your posture and if your knees are going past your toes.
Thanks so much for this knee support routine. Its very helpful for us who do not live near a gym, but need help. The important thing is that its correct anatomical info, and it works .
Knee Glides was very helpful, I did a TTO, with MPFL reconstruction and AMIC on the back os knee cap, and having a hard time to bend the knee, the knee glides helped me to give it some movement. Thank you
Thank you so much doctor, this is an excellent exercise. I have osteoarthritis problems on both my knees. I am sure this exercise will definitely help me. Tku once again.
I love these exercises. A thorough maintenance program for the knees. I get the odd twinge, an keen to start. Have shared with friends. Grateful thanks Dr Rowe 😊🌻🌻
Thanks for a great video Doc, I am 65 and have a stiffness right knee, however a few days ago I am having cramping on the calf muscle!! I would to hear your Inpatient and do I continue your normal exercises, your channel and advice is very helpful,GodBless
Thanks a ton Dr Rowe❤ You are great savior. Whenever I have pain I refer to you. First press 👍 and then see the video.😊 Your exercises are gentle but helps progress too.
Thank you, Dr.Rowe for providing such clear and helpful exercises on your RUclips channel. Your guidance is truly appreciated, and it's making a real difference in managing my pain. I’m grateful for your time and effort in sharing this valuable information with us."
Causes of stiff knees are long hrs of sitting and pulling the legs backwards. As a result the leg muscles and thigh muscles go in for spasm and start exerting tension on knee ligaments, resulting in stiff knee and pain
You are an Amazing ANGEL ❤ I have had upper back advanced problems due to poor posture and bad habits as I work from home on my laptop and I move very little just around the house which caused me a serious upper back spine and nerves issues I could not sleep anymore as I feel like my back is burning and can hardly turn from one side to the other while sleeping the inflammation wakes me up and ultimately I don't sleep! I have been following your videos for about two weeks now and I feel a bit of relief ! Thank you so much for sharing those Would you be able to share some exercise we can do to strengthen the upper back muscles, please? Thank you!
I love all your videos. They are so helpful and great! Plus how detail and great instruction for us to follow your excercises lessions . i really greatly appreciated
love all your videos. They are so helpful and great! Plus how detail and great instruction for us to follow your excercises lessions . i really greatly appreciated👍👍👍👍
I sing your praises everywhere I go. I never had any knee issues till I took a fall after doing yoga in the dark, and not realizing my foam roller was under my foot when I stood up. My lifelong issue is scoliosis, which is a chronic pain situation. I really can’t remember not being in pain, even through dance and drill team days many, many years ago. Is that pain and subsequent arthritis a type of pain that can be minimized?
Subbed and Thanks for all your tips.. I have been going through sciatica hell the last few days. Of all the dozens of YT vids I have watched , your advice has been the most helpful. Took me 2 days to get to my computer desk and actually sit in a chair without screaming in pain. The meds help , but I want to work on the root problems so the chance of recurring is reduced. Been through this last year also , and blew L4,5,6, about 7 years ago. The ability to walk is EVERYTHING . Thanks Doc. Pete
Tk u doc for these exercises I'm.diabetic n snr citizen since 5 mths ive got frozen shoulders MRI showed rotator tear cuff n osteoarthritis now my knees are paining i put a kneecap n do few exercises like walking in the house lifting knees up etc but my knees pain so i gv heat n apply a gel
Dr Rowe, thank you for the illustration and for helping me! I was stuck in slow traffic for 2 hours and went to a shop and squad to look at something. Soon I was not able to get up and needed help. After that, my left knee got very tight. I came across your video and did the swinging stretches for some time. The next day the tightness left my knee. I was then able to walk for my short holiday. I do have now bone to bone pain and try your exercise using a rolled tower. Found some slight relief and ill continue to work on both knees. Should I wear knee guard?
Thank you so much Doctor for the excellent video. Can these same exercises be done for knee stiffness post knee replacement surgery(bilateral TKR). Been 9 months since the surgery.
Always sit with all the joints relaxed. Also while sleeping lie down supine and relaxed. Very important that the entire body relaxes while sleeping so that all the joints and muscles are relaxed
2008 i had a broken femur in a motorcycle crash because of a hit and run car driver. Recovery went well but there are maybe two times a year the knee needs stretching. Like a standing heel to butt kick like military calls it. There is one pin on the inner side and two on the outside. The inside always has a minor but painless movement but not a pop. Someone did say it could be removed. Anyway great videos, Doc
Dear sir,I am realy like your efforts for instant relief exercises.....my one leg is always feel internally tense...no any symptoms seen outside....but at knee front low part and and toe is suffering...which exer. I can try??
Great vid! Your content is very enjoyable and easy to follow along with! Quick question - When I sit, I typically put my left foot under my right knee and let my right foot dangle. Up until about a year ago, this didn't cause any problems, but lately, if I sit like that for more than fifteen minutes, my left knee locks up and causes blinding pain when I unfold the left leg. Will these exercises help with that, or do you have a different recommendation?
Good morning brother. Thank you for your good tips. Iam 64 Suffering with knee gap and pain. I used lot of Pain killers. With Pain how to do Cycling sir.
Tore my ACL and Meniscus about a year ago and went through surgery. Its now at the point where i dont feel stiffness as much but once in awhile itll happen. Any other exercise/practices you recommend for knee injuries like this or arthritis in the knee?
Hi, what can i do for a meniscus tear that came with lcl, acl and pcl injuries? I have been bedridden for 3 weeks on the doctor's recommendation and my knee's been pretty much motionless throughout this time, but it's still unhealed, a little painful and swollen, and getting stiff. How can i start moving it slowly and encourage it to heal after three weeks of no motion?
What exercise will you suggest for my shoulder joint , which will help me to catch water while swimming freestyle ?? I am not able to take my arm out of water by roatating my shoulder. 🙏from India
