APRC Physiotherapy department designed 15-minute complete Physiotherapy exercises for knee pain management at home. 1 minute for each exercise is dedicated. This video is very helpful for Knee Arthritis patients. This exercise routine is recommended twice a day to manage pain, swelling, and stiffness. In this exercise routine, some exercises are dedicated to pain management, some for quads control, some for knee swelling control and some to improve knee muscle strength around the knee joint.     Since May 22, I have Tenis elbow issue. After going through ur videos, I did d exercise regularly and got d relief more than 80 %. We should observe d guidelines as suggested by Physiotherapist. Plus I have taken , Homoeopathy medicine as a supplement. Many people can't offer Physiotherapy charges for a LONGER duration. In such situation, ur videos r very helpful. Once again, Thanks for ur service towards mankind. I request to have video for sr. Citizen on regular , light exercise. Please. 🙏
