I am 73 Yr old.I did ur 15 these exercise only f one day n I m feeling better.How many days I shd continue these exercise.Aapkey liye bahot bahot duwayen.
Since May 22, I have Tenis elbow issue. After going through ur videos, I did d exercise regularly and got d relief more than 80 %. We should observe d guidelines as suggested by Physiotherapist. Plus I have taken , Homoeopathy medicine as a supplement. Many people can't offer Physiotherapy charges for a LONGER duration. In such situation, ur videos r very helpful. Once again, Thanks for ur service towards mankind. I request to have video for sr. Citizen on regular , light exercise. Please. 🙏
