Sometimes all it takes for me is that cute baby smile to get me to control myself haha. Best of luck but don't worry because you actually burn lots of calories by breastfeeding alone. So if you throw some light exercise on top of that I would say you're on your way! 💕
My mother gave me the same advices :) I remember when I was a child we went everywhere together on foot. We walked a lot and when we were on a playground she always play with us run with us. So she was a playmate not a supervisor who just sit and starring at us and yelling sometimes :D i loved the way how she raised us kids. She always said "pregnancy is a bless darling not an illness dont be lazy"

Beans and greens are awesome. I like the way you made the paleo diet more healthy so that it worked for you. I tried the 'classic' paleo diet for about a month once but as you said, its pretty heavy on the animal products and didnt make me feel good. Thanks for the advice! xx

I am 3 weeks postpartum now, I am doing light weight lifting, low impact aerobics and a lot of walking. Since I am nursing, I am not too focused on my diet but I am still tracking my food intake and making sure I have 2400 calories a day. I had gained 50 or so pounds by the end of my pregnancy but my baby was almost 9 pounds so it makes sense! I am trying not to push myself but with so much pressure from society to look how I looked before I was pregnant it's really difficult.
I'm not even pregnant but I'm trying to lose weight, hence why I'm here 😂 but it's so hard because I'm a hypothyroid patient so consuming a 250 calorie snack is like 2500 calorie for me and I gain like crazy
I was very anxious to loose my jelly-belly, so I worked out consistently every morning for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, even an hour. It took a few months, but after two babies I am most relieved to have a nice flat, toned tummy again! My advice: work out (but be careful as Valeria says!) and also don't eat extra just because you are breastfeeding. People will tell you you're eating for two, but actually the breastfeeding could really help with the weight-loss if you tried to keep to modest portion sizes. Also GET ENOUGH SLEEP! lack of sleep leaves you craving fats and carbs to keep your brain awake.
I have a 10 month old baby ..I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight in less than 6 months without exercise and crazy diet..genetics and breastfeeding worked

Very useful tips, thank you. I found it easy to lose post baby weight because of all the energy you need to produce breast milk so would definitely recommend that rather than a bottle. I was 14 pounds lighter than pre pregnancy me when my daughter was 4 months old. But I find maintaining weight much more difficult than losing it.

Very useful tips, thank you. I found it easy to lose post baby weight because of all the energy you need to produce breast milk so would definitely recommend that rather than a bottle. I was 14 pounds lighter than pre pregnancy me when my daughter was 4 months old. But I find maintaining weight much more difficult than losing it.

what can you recommend on if you binge the night before bed and decided to eat late lunch due to afraid you will exceed your daily calories the day after.then this habit developed through the years. binging and restricting afraid to get fat. im a stay home wife. and only do light workout a day 30 mins or less light yoga.
