Hi, just found your channel today and im so grateful! My sleeve surgery is scheduled for next month. Im terrified and excited. I love that you are vlogging the positive & negatives. Looking forward to more vlogs❤️
Girl how do you look so pretty even after surgery? 😍 best of luck to you and I hope you become he healthiest version of yourself! I was sleeved on the 30th of May and your videos are inspiring, thank you ❤
Thanks for sharing! I’m in phase 1 of moving forward to getting my gastric sleeve. Waiting for approval and testing. After years of yo-yo dieting I’m finally at my wits end. So my pcp gave me the heads up to move forward. I will be documenting my journey as well.
I’m size 18-20 as well! I’m in the middle of trying to get surgery. I just had a endoscopy yesterday and my surgeon has told me that it is medically necessary 😁 I’m very excited for this change. I’m hoping to start blogging once I start. Congrats on your surgery!
in a few months i will be getting my gastic sleeve and watching your video really showed me what to expect .i cant wait to watch an update and see your post opp results i am getting 85 percent of my stomach reduced hopefully my experience will be as good as yours
You wouldn’t be able to eat that much food so fast after surgery in America. They are pretty strict about what is ingested after surgery. AND... you would not be permitted to take those large pills.
Going for a consult Monday. Want this surgery more than anything else in the world. Thank you for sharing your struggle and journey btw the PJ’s are so cute
You look amazing girl! Gastric sleeve do be changing you I seen a lot of good reviews about it for like 8 years now I been doing my research before I do it and now that I seen good reviews of the vsg surgery I wanna do it 😍😍
How are you love. I’m going to my last pcp appointment next week. So I should have my surgery date soon. I’m 5”3 240. BMI is 43. So I’m not to far from you
Thanks so much for posting this, girl! Very informative. I'm actually getting surgery soon, too. I am wondering if you could explain more about what it was like to get put to sleep? This is the part that FREAKS me OUT!! Like, what does it feel like? How do they do it? What does it feel like when they put the stuff in, like do you get sleepy or is more like wide awake to instantly out? Could you have stayed awake if you would have tried or is it impossible? Haha. Basically whatever you remember about that part would be helpful. Thanks so much!
I went to my first appointment last week and am super exited/nervous... did your insurance pay for your surgery because I don’t think mine is but I’m gonna get it with or without it
Kookie I didn’t have health insurance when getting this surgery so I just paid for it out of my own pocket. Most insurance companies require 3 years of being with them before being able to contribute and then only contribute a percentage. How exciting for you! It’s such a life changing surgery ☺️
Hi, I just found your Instagram and I was brought here from it.Why don’t you post videos anymore?Like, Now you lost the weight, and I am pretty sure you have lots of advice to give.It would be cool to talk about your overrall experience too.
I will be getting this same surgery soon this year coming. I'm trying to join the police force and work with my best friend. I really need to get my health in check before anything. By the way your are doing great. Keep up the great work. *Hugs*❤
Maysam Ino Thanks for the encouragement! I’m on 7 weeks post op today (this video is a touch delayed) and I feel so much better. My experience in the first 6 weeks were a real struggle though and were a lot worst than this video. 💕
is anyone else cringing every time she slurps that soup and not only because of the noise but because of all the air she's taking in that has got to hurt like hell
Omg your size 18 to 20, your not that big to go through this life changing surgery. Please why would you do this to yourself? You are so young and beautiful. I can only think that you do not see or realize how beautiful you are. Unless you have a serious health condition I can not see why a Dr would perform the surgery. I wish you the very best. Please learn to love yourself with any imperfections.
Vegas Survivor Being morbidly obese is a serious health condition and with a BMI of 42 and my weight at over 125 kilos it was definitely the right choice for me. Beauty has absolutely nothing to do with it nor does loving myself which I 100% have done at every size I’ve been at this. My decision to have this surgery was 100% about my health and making sure I could live my best life without any serious health conditions in my future due to my weight.
Morbidly obese, meaning you at risk of dying due to be so much overweight. Sorry, you were NOT morbidly obsese. You are too young to have made such life changing decision to have half your stomach hacked in half and removed. All I can say is. Shame in the doctor that was willing to perform the surgery. Money hungry surgeon.. Also laughing right now at your video where your complaining of dry lips. Lol do you even see where that might be just a tad bit ridiculous. Lol
Vegas Survivor Why wait until you have a heart disease? Why wait until you can’t move? Why wait until it’s too late? She made the right decision and BECAUSE she is so young it’s even better, she can now have better experiences and the chances for posible major diseases are gone now. And just to piss you off I am 18 and with a BMI of 40 and getting this surgery. If choosing having a great long life is a regrettable decision to you then don’t do the surgery but don’t try to put other down for making a good decision that is gonna change their lives.
Vegas Survivor Well luckily it’s my life and my choices and not yours. I am medically classed as morbidly obese regardless of whether you think so or not. The only thing I find ridiculous is that you’re still watching my video despite having such negative comments 😂
Kookie Best of luck for your surgery! I know that it’s one of the best decisions I made and feel so fortunate to have done it early in so that I can live a fulfilled and healthy life for many years to come 💕
I’ve got my consultation with the same doctor next week through DWLS! 🥹 I’m so excited, but just really hoping I’m given the green light during my consultation.
Thank you for sharing your journey, I will be getting mines done in the next month and was so nervous. Your vlog has given me reassurance 😊
You are honestly gorgeous! I’m so glad things went smoothly for you! I’m getting gastric sleeve this summer, and I’m very excited.

In America it's liquid for 3 weeks first...this is interesting lol
Sherae Guerrero The purpose is to reduce the size of the liver prior to surgery so that it won't be in the way so much.
