Yes I’m not a great cook , so with that said , I made my own broth before and after ! So easy to do and I took a normally tuff roast or a whole uncooked chicken and tons of veggies and spices. When done strain it,I put it in canning jars which is also easy. Just make sure their clean and either warm from the oven or right out of the dishwasher you wanna put hot food into hot containers and then put the lid on and if it pops you’ve sealed it for years😘Also you don’t need powder protein at all because home made is loaded with it!!!
After you make the broth in the crockpot, could you take the veggies and meat and puree them for your soft diet after surgery? I would imagine it would be quite flavourful.
