So in this session I’ll take you through everything you need to know in order to get started with Teams Administration. From managing Teams, channels, users and so much more. Dear Andy, it is possible that one file (e.g. Excel file) can be used by several teams. This means that if one team changes something in the file, then also the other teams will see the changes automatically. And another question: I am the administrator and have made a guest user a co-owner. Can this then also perform the same actions within the team as I do. So for example create new channels or add guests themselves? Kind regards Matthias

Hmm sounds like a restriction from either conditional access or an access control policy in Sharepoint. Either way I think it's permissions
Does anyone know if it is possible to have all post set to give a notification for all the members? Have a teams channel for everyone in the firm, and would like to have everyone notified when something new is on. At the moment we are tagging the channel, and this makes the notification.
If you have an all org team you can send out a message.

I created one Team and added some external users(Guests).
Can we disable 'Manage Team' option for guests except for the owner?

Good day, i notice that am unable to play recorded videos on Microsoft Teams, and also unable to access shared file too, what the solution please.
Could be your browser. Or perhaps a plug-in. Re access to a file probably an incorrect permission. Check with Admin.

Hi Andy, I tried disabling email intergration for my teams in teams but team owner is still receiving the email. Please advise
Go into the Microsoft 365 groups. Select the Team and click properties. Untick the receive email options. It can take a while to be fully accessed.

A combination of a few tools. Azure AD User, & Group Properties. Exchange mailbox properties and Search & Inteligence in Settings in 365 Admin centre :

The "team" at TEAMS needs to fix their email invites. They don't specify what timezone the meeting invite is for. MAJOR problem. So the app tries to guess what timezone each person is on, and it taylors it to that person. So invites look different for different timezones. But it guesses WRONG, so you will get a time, but no timezone. This causes major confusion and people showing up and hour early or an hour late for a meeting. So all this talking about TEAMS is really worthless until we solve the problem of knowing what time a meeting actually starts!
Make sure you manually type in the meeting time into your invite, with the timezone, so people can attend.

@@AndyMaloneMVP I chatted with someone from Microsoft earlier today and they told me that TEAMS's ,"doesn't have any problems whatsoever." I guess they're saying that they made the first Microsoft program that was glitch-free! Haha. They weren't very receptive to feedback. But I really doubt that I'm the first person that discovered that they don't put the timezone on their meeting invite emails. . But I wonder why nobody's talking about this?
