I'm on day 13! Almost done. I haven't seen much results physically (because I haven't been on any sort of diet) but I definitely feel stronger! I can do a pushup now, which I couldn't dream of beforehand ✨

@mahi-ux7kn that's amazing! Well done 😃 I never diet, I Learned to eat healthy in general. I intermittent fast permanently from about 7pm to around 1pm the next day so around 18 hours no food. Then in a 6 hour period I eat 2 to 3 meals but I make it nutritious and I eat alot of good fats, no seed oils or bad ingredient foods. It's been an almost 3 year adjustment but my body works well like this. I do still eat treats atleast every 2nd day but within my eating time period and always after food ❤️ I've learned alot of healthy tricks but I will share that all in another video soon 😉

My big meals are whole foods meat, veggies or fruit and starch like potato or rice. It eat mainly balanced but tend to have my enjoyment in the bedtime snack. Sometimes chocolate, pancakes, Sometimes healthier options like oranges. I eat intuitively but clean whole food ingredients mainly. No bread, processed meats, pre cut veg or fruit, seed oils, gluten, etc. This helped me balance my hormones which ultimately led to the majority of my weight loss. If you watch my more recent chloe ting challenges, I showed what I ate every day too 😊 🌸

Hi 😃 yes I did everything according to the program even the optional warm ups and cool downs. This was the most effective workout program I have ever done, I had the best results with this one. You get 2 rest days a week which I recommend you go for a walk or do some light stretching on those days. Another hack I used that is very effective is have protein within half an hour after exercise, best advice I ever got 🌸 I tried to do it first thing in the morning too everyday and it took just over an hour a day for me. You can do it too and you will be glad you did ❤️ good luck with your fitness journey!

For your kind words too and I feel honored 🙂 I haven't found a protein powder I like yet, but you can use anyone you like just check the ingredients for hidden calories and sugars. I prefer eggs or any natural source of protein. I usually fast breakfast and then workout around 10:30 am so that I eat by 12 (lunch). That is the routine I follow when I want to lose weight. Regularly I eat very different. I've also started using a calorie tracking free app just to teach me more in detail exactly what I'm eating in a day so that I can be in a slight calorie deficit. If you drop your calories too low it can also stop you from losing weight. The app I use is called fat secret and I got it on google playstore ❤️

Just be careful some proteins are not whole proteins and that can get complicated, I'm still researching that 😊 I think it's safest to just have a protein shake after a workout, I also like eggs and avocado on wholewheat toast for a nicely balanced post workout meal. Maybe I should make a video of my post workout high protein meals I eat 🤔 would you find that helpful?

Hi there 😊 not a diet but I did eat clean and healthy. If you eat something unhealthy, only eat half of it and replace the other half with something healthy. Eat the healthy part first so if you get full then you leave the unhealthy part. That's how I started and months later my body craves the healthy food much more than the unhealthy food. Diets deprive you and that's why I don't believe in it

@@kristapikoulas5709 it is common to gain slightly when you start because it's muscle, that muscle will burn fat even when you're not exercising in the future. Make sure ur eating enough protein, especially within half an hour after the workouts to help you lose weight and get strong 💪

Hi there 😊 you don't need to diet but instead make some healthier food options. The nutritious food will give you energy to perform the workouts better and as a bonus your body overall will do better. When I started eating healthier my hair, skin, nails and body fat percentage all improved. I started with switching just one meal a day, the rest I still ate what I usually do. I'm now 9months into fitness and my body mostly wants and craves healthy food. All the best with your fitness journey! 🌼 🌸

Hi there 😊 you don't need to diet but instead make some healthier food options. The nutritious food will give you energy to perform the workouts better and as a bonus your body overall will do better. When I started eating healthier my hair, skin, nails and body fat percentage all improved. I started with switching just one meal a day, the rest I still ate what I usually do. I'm now 9months into fitness and my body mostly wants and craves healthy food. All the best with your fitness journey! 🌼 🌸

I'm not on any specific diet, I'm just eating healthier. I made some shorts videos on what I eat and a bit of my Chloe Ting challenge I'm on now if you want to see so long. Just look under my recent videos. I'm definitely making a video which I will release as soon as I'm finished with her 2022 challenge.
If you haven't seen it yet, you can look at my Pamela Reif challenge I did 2weeks ago. I share some of her delicious healthy recipes in there and I lost 2.1kg in 7days. It's my favorite and most successful challenge so far.
