31 year old guy weighting about 105 kg here, and I am totally with you on this one. Remember that if you keep the consistency, you can slowly replace the old habits with new healthier ones. You deserve it.

Now the crucial 2,5 kilos less, fat % down, muscle % ups and tge centimeters show! Not only my trousers, piled up to be given to charity fit me again, but I am energetic, tall and slim (not really, but relatively speaking) with pride, and your exercises make me want to keep going. Yes agreed 👍 I used it as a warm up for my 40mins Pilates class with Posture Tonic. Enjoyed the music and the combo moves. This was part of Mikala’s 8 week winter programme I think which I loved ❤😊
Slowly working out after YEARS of inactivity and one of the best ones yet! Gets the blood pumping and flowing and the rhythm makes it so fun I did it twice!

I did this one from the choices today for the April Calendar and it was first thing in the morning after tablets and insulin and large glass of water but before my double espresso … Wow it spikes the heart rate! Great little 10 minute workout which packs a punch for first workout of the morning! ❤❤❤ Loved it. Thanks Mikaka!
