You are awesome; i wish i cooked. I'm starting small towards better health. I've been eating way too much processed bran flakes so i ordered some Azure dark wheat bran - thinking i'd mix some in with fewer bran flakes. I am lost as to ratios and thought you might have a suggestion.
For 2 cups of flakes I should maybe add in....how much of this bran?
Hoping you may have a solution for me.
