it's really hard dealing with constant anxiety as you get older and you are bombarded with work and responsibilities. But we will get there, just be patient and pray and do these calming practices.

Im so glad I came across these. On day 2. I do them in the morning before my 90 y.o mother wakes up. Takes away my anxiety and I find I do these throughout the day. Thank you so much for helping us heal!
