I've been doing this first thing every morning for a little over a month now.
This ten minutes of gentle movement has made a huge difference.
I always had the notion that exercise had to be hard and was no good unless you were in pain at the end of it.
Thanks for teaching me a better way

I just cryed a lot, I didn't know that I have so much pain. And I forgive my inner child and the adult that I am today. Thanks for this, so much 💜

Nice. Yesterday I was a freaking out bawling mess of guilt and regret ..my friend said just say I forguve you. And it worked so well. People usually say ah no you didn't do a bad thing at all...and I've never found that helped bevause I didnt believe it..but saying I forgive myself is saying yes I did wrong and now that is over you cant do anything else to make it right other than go forward without regret claing like ghosts at your day. And it really worked. I had a bit of a wobbly earlier but instead of beating myself up for beating myself up for beating myself up I managed to say I forgive you and then do better. So simple but so good. ❤❤❤

Didnt expect that as soon as I'll put my hand onto my face, I'll burst out crying.
I had repressed these emotions for so long.
    Thank you for this.😢❤

I just completed this exercise and I feel more aware of my energy. Feeling my energy move through my body made me more aware of it. I kept on yawning, it was the strangest thing and deep deep yawning like it was coming from my toes. The further we went along the more I yawned and now I feel awake and tired at the same time.

Hi Arielle, I feel what you feel and support you with all my heart. The practice was powerfully and lucidly effective. I shared with my men's group whose discussion today was about the possibility of a nuclear catastrophe either with weapons or the breaching of a nuclear power plant. I am noticing an underlying anxiety and numbness in many of those around me. You have shown me that we have a part of ourselves, our True Self, which has the capability of energizing the organism to meet the challenges of our time even though the human dysfunctions that we see widespread in the world appear to be intractable and relentless in their drive to harm. Warm regards... I send you loving and positive energy and support you in your mission. Joseph

Joseph, so lovely to connect with you here, my friend. Thank you for your care and support. We are all needing tools to cope with the intensity that these threats have on our personal and collective nervous systems. I appreciate your support of me, I feel that you have my back and that feels good. 💙

I am just discovering somatic yoga, I am experiencing some stressful events in my life, so I thought I would give it a try. Your voice is very calm and reassuring, I felt held through this practice, I smiled, wobbled and there was a point when you asked what you feel angry about, I let out some silent screams, the energy released. It's amazing like letting go of the pent up emotions but in a healthy, gentle, supported way. Thank u 😊

Hi Arielle, been following you for a while and getting to a peak point of understand my c-ptsd which for years has manifested as dissociation. Something which is so incredibly difficult to move through and past once the body has started making a habit out of it.
This afternoon I wrote a list of the three most traumatic incidences in my life that has caused me that response to be my go to - suppressed anger, crossing of boundaries, suppressed ability to escape a situation, and emotional stress over too long causing a long term suppressed sense of real joy and happiness in life.
Decided I’d focus on releasing this while I was doing this practice and oh my ! It worked - going to integrate it every day for the next month, and heal through what has been suppressed too long. And I know I’ll be a different version of myself because of it . Many thanks for being there with us all I can only prompt more of these practices ❤
