Dear Dr. Arielle, I have been awake 36 hours, it’s a chronic thing. Your video is AMAZING. I have been doing Yoga on my own for 25+ years, and I have to say what you call a Mini Yoga Flow has been the most I’ve been able to relax in months. I may even get some sleep! No sign of panic attacks, either.
I just can’t thank you enough. Stay Blessed🦋

I really liked the suggestion of allowing myself to receive "the residue of the shape!"

Thank you so much for this. I've been dealing with intense neck tightness and pain especially when I have a day with a lot of screen time or reading. I've recently started exploring work to release the vagus nerve. Both for myself and for my yoga students. This is a lovely practice that can be done anywhere. Namaste.

Thank you so much for these.
I've begun practicing this breath series every night and it greatly improves the quality of my sleep.

I seam to go into this yawning thing when I start to try come back to my body I feel really tired then stop doing it. Wondering if I am hitting a defense /dustract mechanism..

I’m no expert, but I’ve heard that even ONE yawn is a very helpful release of the Vagus Nerve. Arielle says not to force anything. And Cheryl, congratulations on your success!

How does moving the eyes in that way engages the vagus nerve?

It would be. Ether on the body to be sitting on a couple of blankets.
