Her brother was a criminal who killed a cop. The nerve of her to even say you killed my brother is sickening. That kid has no chance with her as his mother.

So she refused to comply because police killed her brother, who was a piece of trash as far as I am concerned. Well, running and refusing to follow orders is just gonna make your situation a lot worse. If she had just stopped, kept a cool head, and talked with the officer at the start. Things wouldn't have escalated to this point.

One pregnant woman did break the laws in Texas. She was driving in the HOV lane in Plano, Tx. She argued that her unborn child was a passenger. She was given 2 citations for this, but still argued her case. She had more privilege than this woman.

I’ve watched hundreds of these cop cams, and it always amazes me how people escalate from a ticket, to a felony.
I've watched hundreds as well, and often the cops are just trying to get their numbers up by targeting people and arresting them for no reason. This person was in an agitated state and instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, the cop gets the taser out. Racial Profiling at it's worst.

Both her brother and the policeman he murdered would likely still be alive had the "justice" system not constantly downgraded, dropped and deferred the brother's former charges. No one should be allowed to have 18 arrests, multiple felonies, some violent, and STILL not be serving a lengthy prison sentence. This is the very definition of a menace to society. I would say that 90% of the Body Cam footage I watch ends in dropped or deferred charges or probation even for behavior involving nearly an hour of violently resisting arrest. Doesn't make sense to me why police risk their lives and must endure these prolonged criminal encounters only to have the law side make it all for naught. It's the "catch and release" system that creates habitual criminals who finally escalate until someone suffers lifelong trauma or physical harm or death.
@@awordindueseason The system truly is broken. We can't count on it to do anything right at this point. The only thing we can do right now is raise our children with a strong sense of respect (self and otherwise) and accountability by being examples to follow.
Sadly 95% of cases are plea bargained down to lesser charges and never go to trial.

Entitled young woman. She’s delusional and lives “on her own world” that is different from the reality that the rest of us live in. She needs psychological help to help her grieve for her brothers death and get her life in order. She asked the officers to “KILL (her) ME!” So many times it’s sickening. She said it within earshot of her child so many times. That’s child abuse. She ACTS like she cares about her babies but her ACTIONS SHOW she only cares about herself. Disgusting young woman who needs serious help. I pray for that child and get unborn child in her womb. Her we husband Homer seemed like such a good man. I pray he and she can heal.

I’ve been pulled over. I apologized, provided my information, signed my ticket, and paid the fine, because I knew I deserved it. This woman will go on for years telling everyone who’ll listen that she was tased, tackled, beaten; and arrested just for speeding a little and wearing a seat belt. Somehow, some way, we need to start teaching children about the real world and it’s consequences instead of teaching them that law enforcement is out to get them.
