This young man with a limited formal education has had so many encounters with the law he has become a master at using their own corrupt system against them. This one witness has dismantled this entire case, the Judge, the DA and the integrity of the Fulton Co courts. The Universe is awesome.

Y’all are misunderstanding why he rephrased. He was trying to be respectful. He had “supposedly” before honorable the first time. So he reordered the sentence so it didn’t sound like he was calling the court supposedly honorable.

I understand why the judge is concerned too. A meeting in chambers being private is in fact sacrosanct. Where he loses me is twofold, one with locking up the attorney. I understand why he did it he's gotta know who's doing wrong, but then to not finish addressing it is wrong. There's concern about what was said, there's transcripts, so address it, but moving forward with this jn the, and without the attorney present is almost guaranteeing an appeal, an acquital and at worst if all bad public opinion.

Days Recap: as we started off the wait became too exhausting so we turned to other platforms like Twitter, where we learned there was a separate hearing going on: they were offering a plea deal to one of the severed defendants - "Pee Wee Roscoe" or something like that - a deal that was refused.
    -Testimony Finally Begins-
Woody comes to the stand and to the surprise of most of the chat **agrees to testify** and although it was not exactly smooth sailing he does get some basic stuff on the record 😂 the most noteworthy moment of this first burst of testimony was when Woody was asked to identify Shannon Stillwell and looked around the room identifying chairs, jurors and security officers while complaining about vision problems. He eventually asked to remove his jacket and prompted a "short" recess.
After a while we resumed and Steel made a motion to the judge that he was aware of a Meeting that took place in the Judges Chambers between the following parties:
    - Judge
    - Prosecutors Love & Hilton
    - Kenneth Copeland A.K.A. "Woody"
    - Woodys fill-in Attorney (Miss Bubsy or something)
Steel went on to say that none of the defense attorneys were made aware of the meeting and accused the judge of misconduct as the witness was sworn in at the time of the meeting.
...in response to this, without confirming or denying any of Steels allegations, Judge demanded to know *how* Steel was aware of the Meeting and threatened to jail him. Steel refused to disclose the information and was given to end of day to reconsider.
Woody returned and Hilton continued to struggle through her questions and pull straight answers from him. There were objections, sidebars, all the usual - nobody really cared we all wanted to see what would happen with Steel.
So we finally get to 5pm and-- Steel apparently has formed an army of Attorneys that have flooded the courthouse desperate to represent him, being held off by the court security.
After a bunch more waiting we get going again Steel has brought an Attorney with him, and she brings in another Attorney - together they argue a little bit of semantics and then a little bit of legal jargon and ethics before... we go to *yet another* break.
    -Nearly Over-
We finally come back on the record and the judge essentially sticks to his guns, upholds the contempt charge on Steel - but concedes to only locking him up on the weekends. Steel asks to be jailed with his client.
    ...and there you have it.
Finally - the jury was in today from 8:30am to 6:00pm.

And the Prosecutor is in Violation of Georgia Rule of Professional Conduct 3.5 which says, "A lawyer shall not, without regard to whether the lawyer represents a client in the matter:
    (a) seek to influence a judge, juror, prospective juror or other official by means prohibited by law;
    (b) communicate ex parte with such a person except as permitted by law (ie. A lawyer may communicate as to the merits of the cause with a judge in the course of official proceedings in the case, in writing if the lawyer simultaneously delivers a copy of the writing to opposing counsel or to the adverse party if the party is not represented by a lawyer, or orally upon adequate notice to opposing counsel or to the adverse party if the party is not represented by a lawyer.)

Having an off-the-record meeting with the state, a witness, and the witnesses’ counsel without informing defense or permitting them to be present is a violation of the canons of ethics (at a minimum) and it a legitimate basis and grounds for a mistrial. Adrian Love needs to be disbarred and this judge needs to be criminally sanctioned by the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission. The most deeply concerning part of all of this is that both the judge and prosecution are only narrowly focused on how the information that this secret meeting was being held was obtained rather than the fact that holding the meeting to begin with was improper and a violation of the rules of ethical and professional responsibility.
