Great, Informative video & really helps breakdown the devices in ways I can understand, especially the deeper dive into the 4 core areas. I really like the H.U.G.Y Cooker Analogy as I always find processors confusing & this video will help me remember the Surface Laptop Studio is the Pilates member & PixelSense Island 😀

This video is excellent - to the point and straight forward. Lots of info in a short video - definitely got my attention throughout the video. Love the information about all the surface family with live examples of the kind of person that would use it. Would love to visit PixelSense Island. I learnt about the Microsoft SQ3 Processor. Custom design that powers the powerful Surface laptops - enabling them 5G data via a SIM card slot and enabling Ai features

Great video helps understand the various ranges of Microsoft Surface products available.
I've learnt that there's a Microsoft Surface product available for various types of customers as they all vary in specifications.
My personal favourites is the Microsoft Surface Go 3 as it's a 2 in 1. As stated in the video, it's a tablet with laptop power, so it's great for watching my favourite Netflix shows as well as for everyday general use.

The Surface family as a whole has always been, for me, about the 'three Ps' which are Power, Performance and Portability. What I particularly liked about this video was how Ben explained the differences between the devices that are classed as '2 in 1' and the devices that are classed as 'clamshell' from within the 5 current devices available. With the Surface Laptop Studio being a fusion of the two. Giving the best of both designs and worlds.
The main thing I didn't know that Ben highlighted was that with Surface devices with a PixelSense Flow display, you get a subtle haptic feedback vibration when using a compatible Surface Pen, such as the Slim Pen 2. This is something I'm not only going to highlight and demonstrate instore on the Surface devices to potential customers, but also bring up in conversation when talking about the high resolution screen. This will also aid in attaching Surface peripherals like the Slim Pen 2 to sales as well methinks!

Lovely video! I have a couple of questions for you: 1. do you know, when running Zoom app on Surface products, is it the app version or desktop version that is being used? To give you an example: when using Mac products, you can’t share the screen on an iPhone without glitches, so the desktop Zoom has the most features. 2. How are the cameras?

I love the 10 Point touch available on all the surface range, it's something we take for granted but I remember using early touchscreen tech and having to be patient with the touchscreen and nowadays even gaming on the surface is possible woth the use of cloud gaming and the 10 point touchscreen, I love playing minecraft on the go with use of touchscreen and the surface laptop go 3 fits the bill of a nice compact device with easey weight to carry around and great picture quality, couple that with gamepass for PC and you have a great bit of kit :-)

I have learnt that the screen has changed to become more responsive and accurate to life which would be helpful for myself as I would be able to quickly write down notes during my lessons, it's 3:2 aspect ratio will assist me with split screening 2 or more documents in order to complete my school work as I'm currently planning lessons to improve a person's health

Firstly PixelSense Island sounds like such a fun place 🤣🤣 Really enjoyed having all the 4 Surface defining points 'Display, Performance, Design & Software' broken down in to simple facts & info that I can use with my customers to really showcase the Surface Range. This alone will really help me in my every day life allowing me to have great conversations & allow me to sell up in the range which is great for me & my store. Have to say I was not aware about being able to see more on a 3:2 aspect ratio than a traditional 16:9 which will be a great demo to show my customers 😛

We were huge fans of the Surface Book too! Hannah was a daily user and has made the move across to using a Surface Laptop Studio 2 and loves it just as much! She's found the biggest bonus in the change in design between these devices is being able to change device modes seamlessly for how she likes to interact with the device, without having to close some of the bigger apps (like Photoshop or Premier Pro) in order to get into a mode best suited for writing on the screen!

Hallelujah Ben for preaching to the converted.
A great video with a clever cooker/stove/hob analogy to explain the importance of processor performance in Surface devices in a simple yet effective manner without the need for any technical jargon.
That surely deserves a H.U.G.Y while we try to figure out the coordinates for PixelSense island.
Ten four ...over and out ...or should I say three two in homage to Surface’s aspect ratio : )

No it is not. You have to buy based on the primary use of the product. They make different specs and different models for a reason. Is it mainly for productivity, gaming, media consumption? How much internal storage do you need? What size is best for you? There are so many variables and to think about it the way you do is completely idiotic…
