    God is the greatest, we Muslims have mandatory one month fasting every year and optional two days of fasting every week, God knows what best for his creatures, and science proven that fasting is good for health.

      ​Kasi their fasting is too different,1 month fasting and the feasting time is much carb was on the table..working in middle east,so much carb, bread,sweets ,and some other foods on the table after a long day fast​ kya obese pa dn ang iba..saka yung fasting nila more on religion purposes@@marcjamespadillavlogs

    Salamat doc Josephine, naka subaybay ako sa inyo, 6 days na ako kumakain without rice. Only vagetable, beef, brown bread, eggs & also low carb etc.......god bless you doc, im 60 years old i need your guidance doc especially for my health

    Im 64 yo and 2 weeks been into low carbs i feel good since then. My bp goes down from 200/100 and now it is normal at 150/90.My sugar from 160 and 100 only.How wonderful to know you doc.Now that i know i hated carbs terribly.Im good now doc.Thank you.

    I am so thankful to be introduced to low carb diet...no rice for 2 weeks now and never felt good until now....my sinusitis attack stopped and lost 2 kilos already. I can also see clearly now even without eyeglasses. Continue what you are doing Doc....thank you for imparting your knowledge to us.

    Madamo gid nga Salamat Doc. Very helpful and informative. I am doing this for a few months. Dako gid ang improvement sa health ko. I am 52 Y/O pero kaya ko pa mag saka panaog sa MRT stations bitbit ang 20kgs everyday from Quezon City to Taguig everyday.

    Agree Doktora"I followed ur ways and it makes me better now I'm trying to start fasting by eating 2x a day without carb n fruits that produce to spike insulin likewise with starchy foods and I noticed that some parts of my inflammation were gradually thinning though it was not yet totally remove but having some changes and my fatty liver i feel that getting better......thanks Doktora .....I've been a vegetarian for a long duration of time but it didn't make me feel better as just this time

    I'm just so happy to listen an explaination about Intermittent Fasting from a Filipino Doctor.     Hi Dra! I am 64 years old diabetic hypertensive and all my lab results are on its highest point. Will still be safe for me to go low carb diet?

      My husband, 56, & I, 55, have started low-carb for 2 weeks now and my husband's blood sugar has really improved! My husband has been a diabetic since 2004, hypertensive, and has since have lab results at its peak (with 300-400+ blood sugar). All what his doctors have said were to take everything in moderation (low sugar, low fat, etc.) but without mentioning about low-carb diet and eating more fats (which was a great no, no before😊). He had a stroke twice (the last time was last Jan. 2021), he has glaucoma now caused by his diabetis and has been hospitalized twice in 2021, all caused by his illness. Until one day, we came across the You Tube Channel of Dr. Rojo's low-carb diet and decided to try it out, and it's working! We are planning to attend her Masterclass so we can be guided properly, especially my husband's. Hope everyone, especially doctors, could realize the greatness of this diet for a healthier life ahead of us. Thank you Dr. Rojo. Can't thank you enough for the peace that you brought us. You're a blessing to everyone. ❤

      Maraming Salamat po Doctora Grace dahil sa kakapanood ko sayo natoto aq about Lowcarb april 7,2024 po aq nag start nang Lowcarb galing ako sa stroke galing 105kg may height na 5'9 41 yr old napo ako at after 2months and 6days 75 kilo nalang ako.Maraming maraming salamat po at gumaling ako sa hika, higher sugar at highblood.ngayon malakas na ulit aq sinasamahan ko ng exercise ang paglowcarb ko.Godbless po Doc.Grace🙏❤️

    Thank u doc. ..my grandmother aged from 86 but before she becomes weak to her sicknes i see her fast eating without sugar only cofee. Uso n pla sya .kse lola q gayn ginagawa ..dati before she becomes weak due to her health status,without any food supplements....only rice that she eats.       Low carbs ako Doc, for 3 weeks already. Sanay na ko hindi kumain ng foods reach in carbo. Magaan pakiramdam kc bumaba ang timbang from 125lbs to 115lbs na.

    watching from canada,..when in my 30's, I was only 118lbs. now im in 40's i gain wt. into 137 lbs. and my doctor told me through blood test im getting hypothyroidism...having hard time to go on diet but still i cant loose wt. Thanks to your sharing on LC diet..I found your YT channel tru my friend..in my fasting & LC diet journey for
    28days, I loose 5.2 lbs already.. so amazing..I keep follow your advice and the of rule of LC / fasting..thanks again doc for being kind and unselfishly sharing your knowledge...keep spreading your knowledge..God bless you .

      Am so sorry i cant afford yet the joining fee of 500 . Tyvm for sharing your knowlege on the LC fasting diet. I believe it and practice it . I do not feel hungry at all practicing it
      Got no job since the pamdemic in March 2020. But we are surviving asking rejected stuff but still edible fro my market friends. We cook llunch for around 7 people in the nearby bldg and get our food ftom there.. Tyvm for your selfless love and concern for us. May God bless u more and more

    Salamat doctora for explaining that meat with fats are good to our body. Now I don't eat rice and fruits. I remove sugar honey and stop eating root crops my favorite. The result is I don't suffer from body pain ,Thank you for your advice doctora.Godbless.

    Hi Doc. Warm water every morning, then Luya Tee after 30 min. Breakfast ko everyday um 08:0 Uhr Coffee w/cream and toast w/strawberry Marmelade and 2 eggs, and Bacon pero bihira lng yan lng doc. Thank you again 💐🙂🇩🇪

    Ako nga dr.grace omad na ako noon pero mali yung choice of food ko tapos exercise pa hindi nman bumama ang timbang ko pero try ko yung LCIF within a month 6kls ang nabawas sa timbang ko..kaya salamat sa mga videos na napapanood nmin malaking tulong po.lalo sa may mga karamdaman na nakadepend na sa mga gamot pero dahil sa idea at kaalaman binibigay nyo nakakatulong po.God bless always sa inyo dr.grace

    I started po my low carb diet slowly but surely Doc I am trying to eat all organic and non GMO veggies and hunting for grass fed meat although its hard to find here in our country and no to farmed fishes.thank you at hindi na ako na depressed po if no rice infront of me hahaha very difficult at first but now i am used it na po

    54 yrs old here. Breakfast : coffee with bear brand powder milk no sugar, peanuts, raisins, boiled egg, yellow papaya w/ carrots shake no sugar. 1/4 cup rice
