yes i agree with filter to be included when buying 100VI to weather seal and charge a little more for it. I live in Ireland and weather sealing is important and when I bought 100V they didn't tell me in the camera shop I needed a filter so I had to return two days later when the shop reopened. The new battery might give it a better grip which is a welcome addition. By rumours fuji are keeping same lens but f1.4 would increase the size of the camera. I would like the shutter button to be raised a little higher I don't use soft buttons. Usually I grab the xt-4 if I want creative shots using IBIS or low light. I am still undecided to put my name down for the new 100VI but I am waiting to hear about Xpro 4 specs before i decide. My 100V and Xpro 2 are perfect combo for me.

I lived in Ireland myself, as the matter of fact the shot I show of me taking the portrait in the rain is shot in Limerick, and I totally agree: you need weather sealing! Not sure about the X-Pro 4 to be honest. I have my XH2s wich is my workhorse and I use it for paid jobs so an X-Pro would be wasted I think. I really like the X100 series form factor. But I totally see your point! Thanks for watching and for taking the time to write a well thought comment.
It is almost certainly going to be X100VI but I kinda wish it would be X100R. R = Roku = Six in japanese. X100VI teaser says "Value from Innovation" which probably leads to VI. 23mm f 1.4 would have to be larger (you cant defeat physics) and camera would not be as compact anymore. Lens would portrude more and might not fit into your pocket. IBIS, 40 MP sensor and internal memory (to have backup with your SD card) would be great. I'm likely going to preorder silver version (unless they make graphite version like X-Pro 2 once had)

Yes I agree x100R would be a good name 😍 they could even market it as “Resolution” if they go with the 40mp sensor, although I’d rather not have 40mp. Files tend to become way to heavy. Yeah I know that 1.4 will become too big but you can always dream 😂 As for internal memory if it’s there, sure I can take that but I’ve never had any problem with memory cards. I just buy good memory cards that I know won’t let me down.
Weather sealing kit is like 40 bucks. 1.4 will ruin the compactness. Focusing works fine. Never had an issue for what I use it for. But won't complain if it's improved. Ibis would be nice, but not if it makes the camera bigger. But the rumor is that the new one will be made in China, and if that's the case, I won't be getting it.

Weather sealing officialy is more like 100 but I see your point. I come from X100F and I would like my AF to be improved. For the IBIS I agree with you, not necessary more of a nice to have. The 1.4. idk, you're also probably right but in a dream world having a mini 1.4 would be great. As far as the production is concerned why wouldn't you buy if it is made in China?
@ After market weather sealing kits you can get several different kinds for around 40 bucks. I will no longer buy luxury items from oppresive communist countries. And items that are a necessity I will pay extra for like cell phones, shoes, etc from democratic countries. It's impossible to be 100 percent, but I try. So I don't know if fuji will have any cameras left made in Japan I'm interested in? I'm hoping this rumor is false!

If you have an Iphone or any apple device or even android it is very likely it was made in China, but I do see your point and respect it.
@ Samsung doesn’t make their phones China. Google makes most of their phones out of china. Asus makes a majority out of China. Sony makes a majority out of China. If you care enough about looking for countries that don’t oppress their people and willing to pay a little extra you can find products not made in china.
It really depends on the situation and the angle I am shooting at. If I have to go too low I will just use the screen otherwise I like using the OVF, especially if I know that the location I am shooting in will not change exposure too much. What about you? Are you an OVF fan? Or do you prefer EVF or screen?
@ I'm a screen & EVF (only) user. The X-E4 is enough for me. I would like Fuji to release an x100 EVF only, which would place itself a category below the current X100, and less expensive..

Do you really use the OVF ?

X100VII ? What happend to the X100VI ?? Did Fuji skip that?
Some people say it will be X100V "version2" not VII as in roman number. But who knows we will have to wait and see!
