I've been making something similar to this but instead of using the egg, butter and sweetener I was using peanut butter and coconut oil and not cooking it - it just made me really constipated so will try this version 😅
I love this recipe.... however, I add a WHOLE egg for the protein and it still tastes fantastic! I top my cereal with blueberries and pour on the almond milk. SO DELICIOUS! Oh, and BTW, I substitute chia seed for the flax since I don't like flax.

Why?? You might as well just use 1% milk. Heavy cream is just condensed concentrated milk so once you add a teaspoon of it, you’ve turn water or almond milk into regular whole milk.

But, the month is almost up and I've done well. I haven't missed meat that much because I meal prepped. But as I've got an autoimmune disease, I'll probably supplement with organ meats here and there.

Erythritol eFfs up the digestive system. I ruined my digestion and was constipated for quite a few years unknowingly, when I started Keto and was using Erythritol. Still on Keto & digestive system completely back to normal, with timely stools, only exclusion is Erythritol. It's really bad. Whatever they may call it, MonkFruit, Chongfruit, the end product is just distilled erythritol. It's BAD for the GI tract.

I’ve kept this in my pantry for over a month (and eaten it) without a problem. It keeps for a while because it’s dry.
