  • These granola doesn't use any sugar and is super healthy! The main ingredient are oats and whatever nuts and seeds you have at home. You can also add more toppings if you want and the best thing about these no sugar granola is that you can add fruits and honey if you want them a little sweeter! It will still have less sugar than most of the store bought stuff!
    Once you've made the granola, you can keep this in an air tight container or jar for up to 2 weeks!
    Recipe:
    300g Whole Oats
    100g Hazelnuts
    15g Chia Seeds (approx 1 tsbp)
    120g Egg whites (approx 3 large eggs)
    5g Cinnamon (approx 1 tsp)
    2.5g Salt (approx 1/4 tsp)

    Do the clusters hold up when immersed in milk etc though? because that's the main downside to not using syrups etc. that I've seen. Still would be good with yogurt and just for snacking though, if if they don't.

    • @BakenLondon

      You want to soft peak so that The granola has volume. Make sure it is dry and let it cool completely and store in an air tight container to keep it crunchy. I think 1 week the longest you can kee it without it losing its crunchiness

    • @BakenLondon

      I wouldn't recommend it. Egg whites will only whip up well in the absence of fat which the yolk has plenty of.

      @@BakenLondon Oh ok, but can i use It separatly to on the mix so It clusters more? Or Will It Just ruin the thing

    • @BakenLondon
      @BakenLondon  Год назад

      @@federicofusco353 you can beat the egg white and egg yolk separately until they are both fluffy and then mix them together like they do in souffle recipes. I haven't tried this but i suspect it won't create big clusters like with just pure egg whites because egg yolks is more runny even when whipped up.

      Hey there, make sure you keep the temp low. Many ovens aren’t super accurate so getting an oven thermometer may help. Also if you have hotspots in the oven try turning the tray and mixing the granola more often throughout the bake. Hope this help!
