    Excellent excellent excellent! Shoulders in front of the hips…my current theory on teaching new rowers is that if we teach the importance of this first, a very high percentage of people would have a better drive much more quickly.

      You're exactly right! It's tough to keep those shoulders in front on the drive, but once they figure it out it's amazing to see how much better their rowing gets.
