Getting Body Swing in Your Rowing

Having that body swing in your rowing stroke is super important. 30% of the power comes from that body swing in your rowing stroke. So, if you're missing out on it, that's 30% of the power you could have! Incorporating this body swing is going to help you get faster splits, get more power into your stroke, and help your technique and efficiency. I don't know much about the xterra. Taking a look at their website, it looks like they have different price points, but for what that price point is I would recommend a Concept2 instead. Much more robust and better value long term
