- Having that body swing in your rowing stroke is super important. 30% of the power comes from that body swing in your rowing stroke. So, if you're missing out on it, that's 30% of the power you could have! Incorporating this body swing is going to help you get faster splits, get more power into your stroke, and help your technique and efficiency. Îs the xterra Rower a good machine
I don't know much about the xterra. Taking a look at their website, it looks like they have different price points, but for what that price point is I would recommend a Concept2 instead. Much more robust and better value long term
