  • One of the most common rowing machine technique errors is people starting the rowing stroke by pulling with their back instead of pushing with their legs. Ouch! And also, not remotely the most efficient way to row given that rowing is a LEG-driven activity. In this video, Master Instructor Alicia Clark explains how to identify "early back," and what to do to correct it. This is a must-watch, whether you coach others or row yourself.
