Yeah Im a weightlifter and when it comes down nutrition it is like the key component to getting fit asf. What I normally tell people to do is like do a "diet" for like 4 weeks or more if you can take it and do HIIT as cardio or some conditioning movements so you can keep a good amount of muscle. After the diet you need to find a lifestyle choice that will help you keep majority of your gains but you can feel much better at the same time. Of course the more weight you have the more of a caloric deficit you need to have to lose more fat. Plus I dont drink so it is much easier to stay in shape when you dont harm your body lol.
I feel weird because when I eat junk food I feel horrible and when I eat healthy it makes me feel good so I prefer eating like that, the only reason I would eat stuff like that is because social situations and that’s what’s expected of me and I would be thought of as a health freak or something else if I didn’t.

The American ninja warrior is based off of how fast both your upper body and lower body strength regenerate and how fast you could make it through a course without getting tired. Plus in the training they barely work on climbing or jumping.

these are actually very realistic results. it obviously helped that they were basically paid to workout and had so much guidance but in a world where everyone says everyone is on PEDs, these are the results you can get with good coaching.
and you dont really need the coaching you just need stick to the diet and do a few abs exercises every week. it just takes time and dedication

I'm really surprised that no one commented on Evan's amazing wisdom, it really is all mental, when, every time you crave junk food, you think okay, "If I don't eat junk food and eat healthy for a month I'll see change and will be so happy for myself" you will resist the urge when thinking about what you are working towards. Lee Roy it’s not that difficult just go low carbs high protein and add weight to your ab workouts and depending on your body fat percentage you’ll start to clearly see them at 12 to 13 percent body fat
