    There is a big difference between SAYING your exercises are for seniors/beginners and actually being such!

    I love all your workouts ! I have been working on my balance for over a year and yay for me I didn’t need the chair at all. I never really realized how important balance exercises are as we age. Thank you for all the different workouts you provide for all of us !

    I love all the videos I have done with you. Altho sometimes I wonder, are they really for seniors and beginners, as I sweat and struggle to keep up sometimes. That is a compliment, because they are great workouts and as you say, You Do You, and I always get caught up and into better shape.
    I have been doing your videos exclusively for just over a year, off and on as life gets in the way. I can’t thank you enough for helping me to get into shape and stay in shape. I am 64, had my left hip replaced a year ago April, and am a professional ski instructor. My skiing improved last year leaps and bounds, 1 from the new hip, yet also with how much better shape I was in with you and your exercises. I even took 2 exams last winter to progress to a higher instructor level. I recommend you to every one I speak to, regardless of their ages or fitness levels.

      To answer your question; about half of my viewers are seniors. I have many viewers in their 40s and 50s but also in their 80s!!!

    This was a fast one...I kept up for the most part😂 had those little weights for umpteen years, must have given them away🤔 still the the exercises with a band or without them. Still got a good workout in my arms and back. Thanks Lauren and Mike!🥰🇨🇦Sharon.

    I started taking online adult ballet classes five months ago, so at the age of 36, my balance wasn't what it should have been. This workout has been a great addition to the ballet classes and has helped me greatly to improve my balance and stability! Thank you!

    Amazing workout! I didn’t always get the balance, sometimes I leaned on a chair, but the benefits are still great, and it works really well with dumbbells. I really liked the twist against the wall. When performing this type of twisting on a mat, I do it poorly, but against a wall it is very effective. I love all your workouts Lauren.     I'm so glad that I found this video. It was a great fun balancing and core workout. It's so easy for me to just stand on my left foot (I'm left handed), but when it comes to being on my right foot alone, I'm definitely shaky! Great practice. Thanks as always, Lauren!😊💞

    This is my favorite particular work out of the ones I can do [pre-existing injuries, etc.]. I would greatly appreciate more along this line/this type as I find that growing older? Bbbb...Balance seems to be EVERYTHING. Improving my balance gives me more confidence to do more strength and core! Thank you SO MUCH! I do 1 episode every morning!

    This was absolutely amazing. I am not a beginner but need to work on balance. The stretching at the end was also excellent and I really liked that you didn't do all the usual boring exercises..on top of it all you are really friendly and professional..so looking forward to more workout with you

    Great balance workout even though my balance was way off today. I am amazed at how balance can vary from day to day.

      I agree Sue! It's odd how some days are better than others...I know hormones can play a factor. I think for me, it's more about mindset.

    This was fantastic! Balance work is so important. With the addition of strength that was an extra fun challenge! My husband just asked how I am and my reply was GREAT🥰 Thank you for this essential workout. Happy spring my dear💐
