Munchies Nutella & Bourbon Tiramisu
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup mascarpone
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup Nutella
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Pinch of kosher salt
1 (11-ounce) box Nilla wafers
1 cup strong black coffee
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon amaretto or 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Cocoa powder, to finish

You say you don't eat enough Nutella, but really any is too much. It's mostly palm oil (which is carcinogenic from the processing of it), and it's made with a lot of child/slave labor. Just all around terrible.

Definitely try cocktails with Bourbon, start sweet, then move into more spirit forward cocktails. I love Smoked Old Fashioneds, Whiskey Sours (with egg white), Mint Juleps, and things of the like. I make my wife a drink with 2 oz bourbon, muddled fresh blackberries and mint, .25-.5 oz 2:1 simple syrup, and top up with blackberry bubly. Super refreshing!
