I think the main problem with this episode was not using the dehydrator.
They didn't temper the flavor extracts.

She has a few days to figure products that cause million dollars of R&D and team of people to test it out. For me, she nails every single video.
To be fair, it's a lot easier to reverse engineer something someone already figured out and has proven popular, rather than come up with an idea yourself and have to figure it out yourself and constantly tweak it.
Wow starburst are really different in the US. In the UK we have four 'original' flavours; blackcurrant, strawberry, lemon and lime, and orange. They don't contain corn syrup, and they're vegan, as in they have never contains gelatin.

I think the title is to bring in eyes more than anything and let people get attached to the characters along with Claire as she goes through the ups and downs of replicating something done in factories to a perfect precision.

@@aldoprima-5735 if I remember correctly, a guy named pavlov conducted a test where he rang a bell and fed some dogs. The dogs associated the sound of the bell with the food and would salivate when the bell would ring, even if there was no food
