He doesn’t use his hands to bring himself back up to kneeling position. He engages his core along with his hamstrings to bring himself back up. Try it! 👍

That’s how I am, I am necessarily not the cleanest eater around but I burn a ton of calories by working on power, strength, speed, flexibility, and cardio that I am still a great coordinated athlete! Baseball is my best sport but I still play around with different sports as well!

There is no way that anybody burns that many calories and can survive on fish and chicken everyday, no way. You have to put in some fat in your body for energy, whether it be good fats or bad fats, your body needs the FATS. Ideally, you add both type of fats but good fats alone is not going to cut it. That is just eating to lean so you have to have a hamburger once a week, some pop or candy too. I lost the most weight when I had a hamburger whenever my body needed it - like I will get some high calorie food now. See ya
